We have never stayed in a hotel with worse service.
the only reason we continued to be there was beacause we could not find a different room for the remainder of our visit.
the front desk staff are horrible, they never want to help, they turn out the lights in the lobby while yousit there and struggle to get WiFi reception. the beds are hard as rocks, and the overall experience is bad.
