it was a very nice stay, this is my second visit to kashi, this hotel is best for those who want to have a sacred dip in ganges and darshan of lord viswanath ji. I Dont bother about the materialistic things like food. jai kashi viswanath ji

Hotel was very basic. Didn't eat here prefer to eat at places with a high turn over. Had a beer on the rooftop superb, monkeys, Ganga views. Some nice cafes behind hotel.

Location is great...rest is ok.
Location , Wifi is working. Food is ok.

If you come by train or airport, ask the staff to pick you up, otherwise you will have a problem to carry your luggage and find the hotel. The hotel has balconies, but watch out for the monkeys, they come into the room if you leave the door open. The location is great. If you have a room with Gangesview you are lucky, but you have to pay for it.

The hotel has a good location but not well maintained or clean. There isn't any room service. The staff is not the best. The pictures shown online are misleading.
Overall it was a below average experience staying here.
Its a good choice for a short inexpensive stay.

Worst Hospitality / Hotel /Service

I never stayed in such a worst hotel in my life. My tired trip with family has been ruined.
there was no soap available in both rooms, even after request they could not provide and went to sleep.
AC was not working, no hot water, full of mosquitoes,stained in linen, damped wall, no water pressure in WC
over all we were thinking we are sleeping at road side.
Rude Manager on duty.....there was no one to help.

The building was run-down (balconies appeared to have fallen off, or where knocked off - rubble strewn at the base of the hotel. standard room was very basic - bed, mirror, chair. Bathroom had toilet, no sink, just a shower and tap, but at least it had hot water. Room was not clean, sheets had spots. Roof terrace was nice for meals and drinks. Staff friendly. Location, right on river, was good.
