The hotel let me down as it did not meet expectations. The breakfast was not up to the mark.there was no wi fi connectivity in room, food was very very expensive

Our room was a decent size, the bed was pretty comfortable, the breakfast was very limited.
The wifi was rubbish, we logged on ok & got a signal but couldn't access the net...only Skype...the young boy at reception said it was because we used 'Apple' & he could access the net fine. i asked other guests who did not have an 'Apple' & they could only get Skype as well, we approached reception about this and they went to a small back room behind reception-did something & we got internet for about 5 minutes then it was off...as you can tell i don't know much about computers, & this was pretty frustrating especially when they got rude about it saying well it works on their computers!...It would have been more acceptable if they had just said 'sorry the wifi isn't working'!
The pool looked very nice from a distance, but on closer inspection ...it wasn't very clean...there was a lot of white stuff (birds droppings?) floating on top of the water

Horrible experience - Stinking bathroom.
Lobby is nice. The breakfast was decent.

It was a horrible experience overall. The bathroom had a terrible smell and after several complaints to the front desk, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Our daughter refused to use the bathroom because if the odor and had to forgo shower and use the lobby bathroom for toilet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you must, please check out the room including the bathroom before bringing your luggage to the room.
