hotel yang nyaman, teduh, bersih, menarik untuk refreshing dan tempat bermain anak2..... yang perlu di perbaiki dari hotel adalah fasilitas trip ke pulau burung dan taman laut, karena kami sekeluarga agak kecewa, trip tersebut tidak seperti apa yang diceritakan awal mulanya.. tidak ada burung di pulau tersebut, dan taman laut kotor serta buram jadi tidak bisa melihat keindahan taman laut tersebut, my suggest is tidak perlu mengikuti trip ke pulau burung ataupun taman laut, cukup dengan main banana boat or etc....

go to tanjung lesung beach club its good for playing children and get more a picture.... , from mutiara carita its one hour....., its nice and must to visit there.....

It was off-peak season (Ramadan) during my visit and thus, the resort was virtually empty. This is good because you get the pool and restaurant to yourself. However, this also meant the resort was using the downtime to have work done - there were some noise near the pool.
The resort is a way from the main road - if you don't have transport, you are kinda stuck in it. The rooms were bare and clean. Towels were changed daily, which was appreciated. There is only one English channel on the tv which meant you have to put up with lousy movies in the night.
If you are looking for a beach resort, this is not for you. The sandy beach is 20-min walk away but is filled with crabs, so you can't exactly sun-tan or just sit on the sand.
Overall, good value for money but don't expect the Hilton.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not take the tour to the volcano with the resort. You can find external tours for about 70% the prices they are selling at the resort.

The Amazing place for resting

Rooms are spacious, bed linen clean, furniture with nice cottage theme; refrigerator, electric kettle are provided. Reception staff cordial and with smiling faces. Swimming pool clean and inviting. Other sports facilities are also available.
However, a few facilities require more attention: Upkeep and tidiness of rooms, balcony and its furniture. Electric kettle is provided but tea/coffee, sweetener/sugar, dairy whitener sachets were not provided. Changing rooms and toilets near the swimming pool were not hygeinic and clean.
All said, our experience was nice and relaxing. Recommended for middle end tourists.
