I really like stay at this hotel. Near from warung wahaha, krisna. It's easy to find taxi.
But i dont like the breakfast. Small restaurant.

Poor maintainence but great location

me and three other friends stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. even after upon informing the staff that there were 4 of us instead of 3 time and again, the staff were not efficient in increasing an extra set of toiletries/towel/bathrobe for the extra person, causing some inconvenience.
kitchen kettle was also not cleaned properly from the last tenant's usage. ants were floating around the kettle upon filling it up for use. we suspect the previous tenant used it to cook maggie noodles as no pan was provided in the kitchenette upon check in. kichenette was also lacking in utensils, plates etc upon check in.
on the plus side, the bed is quite plush and roomy and we all had a good night sleep. wifi is also free.
there was also a balcony in our suite. good for smokers' use.
also, they have great customer service- i made a boo-boo in my booking date and they allowed me the change without penalty.
Restaurant Tip:
To try the restaurant located opposite hotel. Can't remember the name though..

the hotel is relatively clean and they have very friendly staff. though the hotel its self does not have much views its price more than makes up for it

the hotel also arrange the honey moon room for us.
all the staffs are helpful, especially mr. ishac.
on 31/12/2011, they arrange party and free dinner.

we love 100 sunset. will definitely come back to stay. the suites are clean and huge! and the setting is perfect for a romantic time away. breakfast at the hotel is good with a mix of local and international food.
we booked with agoda and got a good price. the normal price without going through agoda is quite expensive though.
the only con is the location. it is a bit out of kuta, although dfs galleria is within walking distance. and the road in front of the hotel is always jammed up! saying this, we were here during the new years. so that probably contributed to the jam as well.

Great Hotel with a nice pool!
The pool is practically open 24 hours. Nice breakfast!

the family room we got was fantastic. the swimming pool was right in front of the pool and it was nice that it is open almost all the time. the room was slightly old, but still clean enough. hotel staffasked for conversion plugs since we forgot to bring any.
i would have been nicer if we have had a double bed in the extra room though. the standard family room only comes with a king bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the extra room.

boutique hotel is quite comfortable to live for some day trips year-end holidays, though only as a place to rest after traveling for recreation and culinary tour with the cleanliness of the place we can rest well
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
distance from the hotel to the tourist attractions on the tanjung benoa water not too far away, in half a day we can try diving, boating donut, and jetsky..an interesting experience

Great location, questionable service.
Great location, spacious rooms, and good breakfast.

we stayed for christmas. enjoyed the big room. though the hot water is slightly troubled, and air-con sometimes makes small noises. the worst part of it all is actually the service. i called reception to send somebody up, because i want to laundry my clothes but none showed up until the next day. every morning housekeeping insisted on checking my mini-bar, while us, guests, are in the room. i've also report this to the manager, but didn't really got any response. if you don't mind light service, then it's okay.
