stay was very pleasant. staff was friendly and helpful. price was awesome for the size and amenities. good location and quite. the toilet was constantly running in our suite and was somewhat bothersome. the design of the hotel was smart and fun. have had better breakfast buffets, but it was fulfilling. the jaccuzi could use heated water for relaxing and healing. wifi was slow but effective. will definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.

This hotel is nothing special. The price is ok, but it is very far from the beach. You definitely cannot walk and need to take a taxi. There is a circle k across the street but you will kill yourself trying to cross the road. The room is nice enough, but like I said, nothing special. The pool is small and so close to the rooms with no sun that we didn't even go in. Spend a little extra, stay at Seminyak where you can walk to the beach and shoppes, and your trip with be great Avoid this hotel.

OK, service & cleanliness need attention

It's not bad value. I use it for the location - bad if you're a tourist but good if you want something not far from the airport where you can reach Seminyak, Kuta and Sanur fairly easily. Room and particularly bathroom cleaning need to be better. Service sometimes a bit amateur.

We arrived and were greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel which was nice.
We have both stayed in Kuta before and liked this hotel becuase it is away from the nightclubs and hawkers. The secuirity guards helped us across the road to circle K. Room service was prompt and good. breakfast was good but the heaters for the warm food kept going out, when my Husban mentioned this they were quicky lit again. The kitchen even cooked up some mushrooms I bought at Hypermart for a small fee. over all a very good stay.
Shopping Tip:
fantastic shopping centre walking distance up the road over the round about with water god. recomend taxi back to the hotel though, about 10000rp ($1,00).

Over all a very good stay with only one complaint.
The massage was only available in your room which i belive lead to the smears on the glass and wood (oil?) . the room was very clean but the smears very hard to remove.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Skip in in room massage and go next door to left and visit the amazing team at the spa there. I had a strong girl walk on my back for under $15.00 Australian, she even cracked my back and you can shower after to remove the oil.

Good location out of traffic jam

We stayed 4 nights and have been very satisfied. Location is good, easy to reach Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, airport. Mr. Mohamed Chamkhia, GM of the hotel is extremely helpful, the staff is friendly. Next door a nice and good massage, cheap and good food places in walking distance, Carrefour only 5 min by car.
One of the best deals in the area.
