room and bathroom large enough, but the bathtub space is small with little bit crack on the glass wall.
very comfortable bed and pillow, wants to hold it forever
but you still can hear the tv screaming from the outside.
nice tv (that can rotating 180 degrees), love the living room with dvd player.
room service must have deep cleaning on the floor, becoz lil bit sticky on your feet, you should always use your slipper inside the room.
odd but nice and good taste of breakfast.
overall, it is a nice hotel to stay.

The room is clean, aircon is very cool, pantry are great and the staff are very helpful, can request kitchen utensils like plate, spoon etc, and being provided instantly.

Balcony overlooks the swimming pool which is a very nice view to look at in the morning. A small hotel but all your needs will be catered to. No complains about the rooms. Just that the rooms are locked with just the key. Maybe could change to a card system. Showers could probably be indicated with labels of which is hot/cold water. Besides that, breakfast was a good spread ranging from cereals to pastries to noodles and rice. Was a good mix of Asian and western food. Pool was well kept, water was not dirty. For the deluxe room, balcony doors are not able to lock so maybe could implement locks on the doors. And their welcoming drinks are very refreshing! Overall a good stay. Did not encounter any problems. Could easily charter transport to anywhere. About 10-15 minutes from Kuta beach by transport. There's also food easily available around the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is not fussy and does not need a 5 star hotel to stay in :)

A very small compact boutique hotel, have to pass by service area while proceeding towards the lift and is rather dark past 10pm. corridor leading towards the room is rather dark as well. The management could consider of adding more lights around those area.
Room is clean, bed sheet is clean, toilet is clean but a very limited selection on the breakfast variations. The hotel management should also consider addressing the issues of Flies by the dining area. The pool size is a joke though :)

the room i stayed at was superb. the staff was very nice and helpful. the only problem i found about the hotel, is that you can't walk to the shops, restaurants, main streets in kuta, you necessarily have to take a taxi.

We stayed on the ground floor. facing the pool. very nice. 10mins by taxi to Kuta town. 2Bed Room means 1 King and 1 Single bed. You have to request for family room if you want a twin bed in the second room. they only have 2 family rooms.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping Place : Matahari Mall. and on the street. Prices are fixed in the mall. best to pay in RP local currency. ATM machines are everywhere. Many other big shopping malls just like in any other countries. Matahari has the most local made products for gifts. SPAs you can book them anywhere, everywhere.
