Everything you'll expect from a decent hotel is there.... Everything you expected is actually very old Nice and small reception area and pool area. Environment is nice and cozy. Serve 'okay' breakfast. On a main street where party, food & shopping is plentiful. The rooms need good renovation, things are old and need replacements.

Very nice garden and swimming pool. Very helpful staff. Good location. The airco was not working, so we were upgraded to a "Deluxe" room in the Adhi Darma Hotel instead. This was an old hotel, the rooms need maintenance. Even in the "Deluxe" room, the wall painting was falling and the bathroom was BAD. The Adhi Darma hotel is just 5 minutes away from the cottages and they belong to the same owner. All common areas are nice, but the rooms need urgent refreshing. But all considered, it is still good valued for its price. The location is quite good, in between Jl Legian and the beach. However, I recommend to rent a scooter if you want to stay at this hotel. All rooms have balconies, safety box and airco. Breakfast is average. There are sunbeds around the pool, but the sun goes away very fast so you cannot lay in the sun in the afternoon.

Best location for shopping, eating and activity like message...with the low price The swimming is a bit small... ADI Dharma Cottages Hotel is really nice location. Moreover it is located near the Kuta beach (10 minutes walk). There are a lot of convenient shop nearby which are open 24hrs where you can get most of your daily needs. There are many nice restaurants and bars along the Legian Street just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are of a nice size and very clean. Although, it located at the busy street, but not noisy when you're in the room and the view from the balcony is very nice and let us peaceful and relex when we're there. The hotel staffs are also very friendly and helpful and polite especially the receptionists. We had some problem with our Air Con on the first day; called reception and they promptly sent someone up to fix it! It is greatly impressed. Breakfast was a choice of continental, american and indonesian. Not much variety, but quality of food was good. But the swimming pool is a bit small but nice Overall, great stay, best hotel in Bali ... I love Adi Dharma Cottages Hotel and Bali...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I found one of the tour company - Blues Brothers Adventure.. There are a lot of package of day tour in bali with low price... it located Jalan Benesari 46 A Kuta. Just 5 min walk from the Hotel. (please use the back entrance)

Probably a little toilet renovation would do the hotel some good. Other than that, no complaints. The staff are excellent and the location is brilliant. Its in the middle of the busiest part of the city which makes it accessible to all the night spots and shopping lots but its hidden in a quiet corner which makes it feel private. If you want privacy, this is the place for you. My husband is a difficult person to deal with, I must admit. But the staff were extremely helpful even under pressure. Nice swimming pool too.

central location, everything is near in walking distance.. the hustle and bustle around... but the rooms are quite... I've stayed for 2 nights after my arrival in Bali. It was good to acclimatize, but I personally would not stay longer. Therefore it is too crowded around the hotel... The guys on the streets doing the hell of things to sell you everything... So it was a good choice for me personally to leave... The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and are cleaned every day.

Swimming pool and great restaurant staff. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. I stayed last week in the Adi Dharma Hotel and found it far better than the cottages. Swimming pool was great and fellow guests were all happy and chatty, making it a very relaxing place. Walls in the rooms are very thin and you get to hear the couple next door - if you know what I mean. I suggest you pay the extra few dollars and stay a hundred metres down the road at the Adi Dharma Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not pay the $25 taxi from the airport - on the metre it runs about 20,000 rp which is about $3.

Quiet at night, friendly staff The hotel is located in the heart of Kuta and just walking distance, around 15 mins, to the Kuta beach. Although there are a lots of pubs/restaurants near the hotel, it is quiet at night. And the staff are generally helpful. If the hotel had a larger swimming pool, it would be much more better.

In the middle of Bali city.. easy to get to everywhere.. restruants, shopping , travel agency The hotel did not reserved a room for my frist nigth event it has been confirmed by Agoda. they sent me to another hotel which is far away and old-hotel.

Overall if you are in Bali to visit the island and shop this is a good place to go. If your plan is going to the beach you should stay somewhere closer to the beach. Overall, the place is good.

The Legian street, very convenient for shopping. South MURASUTI is inevitable, but one way. The beach is not too close, the shopping is very convenient. The hotel has a small, friendly staff. Many are staying, to assign a good price. However, the rooms are not very clean water around. Renovation pool is small but good atmosphere . Breakfast is very average. I think the good people of Indonesia.
