We spent 3 nights at the hotel and do enjoy our stay. The hotel is in good location, restaurants, pubs, craft shops & mini mart are within walking distance.
All though hotel is old but still well kept, they provide clean room with clean towel, but they do not provide coffee & tea making facilities. Quiet environment with swimming pool next to the restaurant and nice staff.
They do provide transport to some places nearby. You can use it if you think 15 minutes walk to the end of Legian street is far for you.
The hotel serve simple breakfast in a la carte menu, whatever additional order will be charged. If you are big eater and would like to have more, you can go to their sister hotel for buffet breakfast, but don't expect better food there.
Great location, just right at the center of Legian Street, good for shopper!
No coffee and tea making facilities, hot water is upon request in thermal pot.
- Travel tip : The hotel has a subway at the back of the hotel to Kuta Beach. Surfing is not far away from the hotel, ask the staff for your way.

This is a nice hotel for the price you are paying. The facilities such as the pool and restaurant are well worth utilizing. Staff was very friendly. The rooms and premise are nicely decorated at it is overall a good hotel. It was more of the older crowd that were there when we visited, which made it peaceful and quiet. We learned though after spending some time in Bali that you can negotiate for everything, including hotel fees. There are definitely cheaper hotels out there with the same comfort level. Having said that, I did enjoy my stay here. It was a perfect place to stay for when getting over jetlag and to have a short walk to the beach.
The pool was a very nice place to spend a relaxing afternoon when you wanted to get away from the beach and all of the offers for "Special price!".
I also really enjoyed the balconies to the rooms. It was nice to see the sunrise over the rooftops of Kuta.
There were a bunch of mosquitoes in the room no matter if you used the AC or not. There were small things that needed some attention in the room, but over all it was a nice, clean room.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a great little place across the street that has good price, very refreshing foot massages.

Légian is a very lively city and brilliant but our hotel was eccentric but not very far from the atmosphere of the main street, 5 minutes walk. The hotel is very well organized, and rooms give the impression of being in a small apartment with a bonus pool very nice at your hands. The staff of the hotel is welcoming and preventing. The frame is very pleasant with vegetation and a agnecement who forget that we are in town. We appreciated this hotel that offers more care with a spa.
