Beautiful gardens, nice pool
The adi dharma was a pleasant surprise. For the price I thought it would be run down and dirty but it wasnt at all. The rooms were reasonably new and clean the bathrooms were some of the best I've seen in bali and the pool and pool bar proved very popular. The location was perfect for shopping and a short walk to the beach. Very happy overall.

value for money.
good location yet quiet.
real family style hotel.
room was dated.
service was what we expected for the price.
this hotel was excelent value for money. our room was literaly steps from the pool and that was a standard room!!!. its in a good location yet still nice and quiet. its a real family hotel with nice open airy guest service areas. the room was a bit dated but that didnt worry us and the service was what we expected for the price. dont bother with room service it is CRAP!!!. but the breakfast was enough to start the day.
Shopping Tip : dont buy beer from the pool bar if you walk to the shop outside the gate which is about 3 steps farther then the pool bar the beer is half the price. and you can drink it in the pool anyway. it realy was the worst kept secret in the resort.

Great location if you want Kuta area at your doorstep for shopping, restaurants and partying.
Rooms are large and clean and staff are very friendly. Good buffet breakfast.
Standard of restaurant meals needs lots of improvement.
The Adi Dhama is tucked away in a quiet lane in Kuta and is a great value for money budget hotel. Nice big pool, child friendly, large well appointed rooms, good facilities, right in the middle of great shopping, restaurants and entertainment area of Kuta.
Shopping Tip : Turn left at the top of the lane in front of the hotel, then 1st right and t-junction is Jalan Legian, right amongst all that Kuta has to offer (5 min walk).

Clean Bed Sheets, Clean Towels everyday, many TV channels, Safe box, fridge
Had a fantasctic time in Bali. Adi Dharma is located quite strategicaly in the heart of Kuta. A short stroll will bring you to many entertainment outlets, food shops, gift shops, internet, rental of surf board, etc. We took the family room and there was 1 king bed and 3 single bed. The bed sheets and towels were clean and replaced everyday. There is a fridge and safe box in the room, also many TV channels. The staff was friendly in fact all locals in Bali are very friendly. The swiming pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. However, the hotel is abit old and the bathroom was small and had a foul small at times. Other than that it is value for money and pleasent for parents with young children.
Shopping Tip : There is a shop right infront of the hotel which sells cheap mineral water. A big bottle will cost you only IDR3,500.

Big rooms. Clean. Lovely setting. Friendly little place. Central to all of the important things eg: shopping, beach, clubs.
Dark alleys and seedy people on the way to motel.
We spent 3 nights at Adi Dharma Hotel. It was a great little place. Rooms were big and clean. Price was good and central to our needs I wouldn't stay there by myself as the walk (at night) is dark and seedy. but otherwise it was a good overall experience.
Shopping Tip : Ask the other guests which way is best to access main areas as its easy to take the long way for something that is really close

near to legian -> shopping & night life activities
far from beach.... you need to walk for about 2-3 km to the beach.... or you can request/book for shuttle service (one way) at the hotel reception to the beach....
precaution remarks.... you should check you minibar when entering your room with the minibar content list....
#1 time to bali. quite fascinating place & recommend everybody to go. recommend at least 4-5 days minimum stay.

Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness.
Nothing to say in this area.
We found the Adi Dharma hotel far excceeded our expectations for a three star hotel, we have been to Bali many times, and though this was our first stay at the Adi Dharma Hotel, it certainly wont be our last. Although located in the heart of kuta, it is situated in a spot where you do not hear all the noise of the surrounding nightlife. Staff very helpfull and friendly, all areas very clean. worthy of a higher star rating.

stayed near the pool ground floor
helpful and happy staff- keen to assist
near shops
swapped our room from the hotel to the cottages
arrived 0030 hrs- very helpful staff who were still awake to sort us out despite me not having my prebooked internet accomadation receipt with me. Although the room was double booked they gave us excellent room at the cottages and bonus massage. Happy environment and would stay there again
Travel tip : close to paddys bar and memorial
shops at front and back door

Near to night life, convenient & near to shops
Far from beach (15mins walk), hotel room looks old and need maintainance/upgrade, very limited choices for breakfast
This is just a basic hotel. Nothing special to mention except for the unique balinese design building but this is common in bali. Also, the pictures online look better than it is.
It is far from the beach but close to shops and night life. We rent a motorbike at a shop outside the hotel to travel around, only cost Rp50,000 a day.
The family room is big with 1 queen bed and 2 super single beds. It looks a bit old, especially in the toilet. No kettle provided in the family room, so it was inconvenient for us as we brought baby along.
One of the superior room we booked had power failure, our guess were requested to transfer to the nearby Adi Dharma Cottages as there is no extra room available in Adi Dharma hotel. Adi Dharma Cottages has a more beautiful & well maintain garden setting but the room is small compare to the hotel.
The check-in process can be improved. I misplaced my hotel voucher when I first arrived at the hotel. The staff don't bother to look at my passport as supportive document but insist I must produce the voucher before I can check in into the hotel. He allow me to use the internet available at the lobby though but I had problem to connect to Agoda.com 24hrs assistance. Luckily I found my hotel voucher later, otherwise, I could't imagine what would happen to me & the group. We became the target of mosquitoes while waiting at the lobby.
Nightlife Tip : It is near to Legian Street where all the happening disco & pub (Bounty, Paddy's Club, vi ai pi..etc)located.

BIG Space. Hotel upgraded to super deluxe with balcony. Staff is friendly.
room floor is dirty. bathtub is old and water leeking. no lift. have to climb up 3rd floor.
Even it says it's located in the heart of Kuta. it's still quite secluded. In fact, ADI DHARMA COTTAGE's located is much better, it's on Legian Road. It’s so much more convenient. Legian is a long stretch of shops and restaurant. They do provide free shuttle at certain times in a day to kuta beach and matahari shopping area. If you missed it, though it says walking distance, it’s about 20mins walk. Kuta beach has the best sunset!
Hotel overall is ok, maybe just need to upgrade some exterior. Change of mattress and pillow would be lovely. Somehow, breakfast is so predictable. Everyday is the same. Bacon, egg, toast, fruits.
Shopping Tip : Painting & simple dresses: go sukawati market @ Ubud.
Seminyak for boutique wear & home deco.

very friendly staff, great food and prices. Pool lovely. Nice and quiet at night
Bathrooms could do with a upgrade, but still clean
Our stay at Adi Dharma was wonderful. The rooms are of a good size. They are seviced every day if you want or you can put a do not disturb sign out.
Although the bathrooms need a upgrade they are still clean and ample. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. We changed our money at the hotel as they offered the same exchange rate. The pool was great and we loved the balconies that overlooked the pool. Was wonderful sitting there having a coctail. Very pleasant stay and we are going back in November
Restaurant Tip : The Seafood House in Kuta Square has the best fresh seafood out.

Decent place for the price paid! It's a simple place w breakfast and nice bathrooms!
Nothing much for the price paid!
It's a great place, simple and clean. Decent breakfast and 15 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to a convenience store. Plus there's a cheap and nice noodle stall outside the hotel!
Hotel Feature Tip : Friendly staff!
