Brilliant boutique hotel with wonderful staff
Quiet, tranquil,more traditional style than the large resorts

Right opposite beach and within a short walk to Legian cafes etc.Was upgraded from Lanai to poolside with access to club lounge and daily complimentary cocktails early evening. Simply brilliant! Accommodation was superb. Rooms very quiet, windows double glazed for sound proofing. Lots of little complimentary touches in room to make stay more enjoyable.
Was a slight musty smell on entering room but this was not at all troubling after a couple of minutes. This probably due to water from bath area where not sealed correctly.
This is a very good hotel well priced and we would definitely stay again.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant at from of hotel does really nice pizzas if you are tired of Nasi Goring etc.

Peaceful hotel interior and exterior

The location is about 15 minutes walks to Kartika Plaza road so you're better to rent motorcycle or pick a taxi. But the hotel is right in front of Kuta Beach, perfect location.
Exterior and interior of the hotel is natural and peaceful, great place to rest after activity all day long. Breakfast is delicious, a lot of variety that's been offered. The staff is helpful even for local people like i am. Keep that way guys.

Some rooms are ok, some are not

we reach there around midnite and was given a room behind, no 2104... for less than 5 minutes we got few mosquito bite already! the room is old and got a damp smell. called reception to change the room and advice that alam room all full and offered to change the room to level 2.
room upstairs 2208 was fine! room very big, meant for family with king size bed and 2 super single beds. too big for us though but prefer this one rather than go back to downstair.
it was my hubby bday the next day and when we back to hotel room, they called us and informed that will be a cake send to the room.
overall the stay there was ok. if given normal alam room, it is overpriced! and location is not so good eventhough still in kuta road but far from the central

Nice small hotel. I booked alam room but it was fully booked so they upgraded us to the bigger one. The bathroom is superverb with the open concept but there were a lot of mosquito. Overall quality was great. Would consider to stay again on our next trip

recommed for elderly people to relax & unwind too!

Great boutique hotel with stunning grounds

my friend and i had booked lanai rooms but on arrival were told we had been upgraded to villas which was a lovely suprise . the villas were stunning with s king size bed with mosquito net all around so felt like a queen ! the room was really large with private courtyard and the semi out door bathroom was huge with a sunken bath and seperate shower . we had access to a club room alam club which had free soft drinks , tea and a coffee machine from 9 til late they also had snacks there . the restaurants were very nice and well priced , the staff were lovely . only negatives would be not many power points and the lighting is very low level so if u like to read at night maybe a book light a good idea to bring , overall great value for your money , would defiantly stat again .

we had a nice time but i would go for the villa rooms as the hotel room were alittle far from the main foyer and if you are on third floor there are no lifts. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly

we had to wait for two hours for the room, we went for two days so we lost one day waiting, by the tiem they gave us the room the sun was gone already, almost 6 pm, not too happy

This is a great place to stay you are right near the beach and close to shopping.The Restaurant at the front of the resort is one of the best places to watch the day go by and great food and service is excellent.Take some mozzie lotion if you go to Bali as the mozzies are everywhere! We just brought some coils at the local shop and this worked well. The staff are really helpful so just ask if you need anything and they will be happy to help you. Bali is a very unclean country down where it is full of tourist so try and remember this and the smell of sewage is overwhelming at times. Our overall stay was amazing and we really did enjoy our time there, we had the Alam Room at the back of the resort very nice room and happy with the set up. The spa was unreal and good prices offering a great spa experience and well worth the visit. We would gladly recommend the resort for a relaxing place to stay!
Shopping Tip:
Try and be polite with the bali people as they try very hard to sell to you so be firm and just say no if you are not intrested!
