Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

great location
pretty gardens and friendly staff
7.7
We were a little disappointed with our room ,the first thing we noticed when we walked in was the broken reed blinds and the second thing was the smell of damp. Our first purchase the next day were joss sticks to cover the smell. The room was shabby and had had lots of very bad patch up work done to it .The bed was comfomy though and at the end of the day a hotel room is only a box you sleep in.The walk through the gardens was lovely,The breaki was good and the staff very helpful and frienly. The best bit is it's location just across the road from the beach and easy access to the town .

Wonderful hotel with excellent service
Small boutique hotel. Very quiet with lovely pools and gardens.
8.3
We had a great time at the AlamKulKul Resort. The villa was lovely, very clean and the service we received was fantastic. The only issue we had was with internet connection. The day we arrived we were told we had an hour free a day, the second day we were told the rules had changed and we had to pay for 15 minutes, next we were told we had to purchase 1 hour lots and finally we were told because we were staying in a villa we could receive it free! A bit confusing and frustrating.
Apart from that everything was perfect.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in
3.3
Pictures and information provided are very misleading. Hotel was old, run down, small and dirty pool. Upon check in, they tried to put us in a room that we did not reserve that was not cleaned and had a horrible odor - looked like a jail cell. No phone or internet service in rooms and can only access wifi for one-hour intervals. Will never go back to this hotel.

Great Hotel annoying location
Very clean and friendly, value for money
8.3
Beautiful hotel, very clean and rooms very spacious with plenty on room for the baby cot.
Location isn't bad just annoying as it sits right opposite the beach on the one way street. This was annoying as when you wanted to catch a taxi back home after dinner or shopping you had to go all the way through kuta to get back even if you were only 5 minutes down the road. We ended up walking mOst places which was ok but started to become hard work with the pram.
Restaurant Tip:
Mykonos is always a must ... Best Greek food I've ever had!!

Great small hotel with good service
Great Location, clean practical rooms, nice grounds.

we really enjoyed our stay here. the staff were good although reception was a bit chaotic checking in and out. the location is good as it is just away from the backstreets of legian and just across the road from the beach. restaurant was good and the grounds were nice. the pool was heavily chlorinated and not very nice to swim in.

Nice garden hotel
Lovely garden, convenient location

Internet was managed by hour. One free voucher to start with and then you pay for subsequent hours.
The gardens of the hotel are very nice and the hotel is convenient for the beach - just have to cross the road at the front of the hotel.
