Well designed, away from the crowd.Good if you want to be in a quiet hideaway, away from the hectic world. No music even in the public area,no T.V. in the rooms, either.Good location, not too far, should you want to go to Ubud.
Good designed but maintainace is lacking. The garden and buildings have seen better days.
All in all,it's perfect for the honeymooners or retired couples or just to get away from it all!
Spa and activities available with extra charges.
I enjoyed the morning treck through the village,to a "secreat" water fall and the rice terraces.
At the end of the treck, light lunch was served on the rice field.Somethings just need to be expirienced.
Shopping Tip : Anyone can spend a day and Dollars in Ubud, easily
Great shopping, don't forget to visit the local market for fresh fruits and local items.
I had a exceptionally good dinner at Casa Luna in central Ubud.Try it.

Perfectly situated overlooking tha Ayung Grge
This hotel is now pretty run down and in serious need of maintainace and refurbishment.
Depending on the deal you get it is in the top end of local pricing and simply not worth it.
This may have been a luxury hotel once but it is now long past its sell by date; from the threadbare towels and grubby loose leaf hotel guide, through the lack of storage space (one small wardrobe) to the cracked and missing tiles around the pool, the dangerous holes in the library floor, to the "complimentary tea" consisting of one type of cake and self service tea, to "we are out of muesli" at breakfast and crockery which was not cleared away. The rooms echo to the sound of the people click clacking above and the flushing of their toilet.
We were booked for five nights but left after two.
Travel tip : Don't go with high expectations of a luxury hotel
