Staff are really friendly & helpful - Pool & pool bar - Complimentary shuttle bus to Kuta shopping centre and Waterboom - 5 minute walk to beach
I liked this hotel.
It's well appointed & fittings still seem pretty new and in good order. I saw the staff cleaning walls, floors, corridors all the time. I get the feeling the manager keeps them all pretty busy keeping the hotel in good condition.
The pool was quite busy during the day and sometimes difficult to find a chair or lounger there. The pool bar closes at 7pm but you can use the pool until 9pm, so it was nice to cool down and have a relaxing swim then, and no problem getting a lounger at that time.
No kids there when I stayed and no noisy surfers.
Restaurant OK too with live music some nights, but most people seemed to prefer to eat out in one of the many nearby restaurants.
Restaurant Tip : If you like Japanese food, turn left on leaving the hotel & walk to the end of the street (about 300m).
Facing you across the road is really good Japanese restaurant. Try the 'tempura sushi'. I't's like normal sushi but with a little tempura batter mixed in the rice which makes it a little crispy - yum!

Centrally located. Modern. Nice staff.
Probably not ideal for young children due to room size.
Stayed at All Seasons Legian in early Nov 09. Everything was well maintained, hotel facilities were quite modern. Very friendly staff, including Putu on reception who was excellent. Free hot zones were welcomed and internet speed was quite good.
Would definately stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must do the Bintang Mountain Bike Tour from Kintamani to Ubud. Absolutely the best thing I have done in 15 trips to Bali.

Location is very central to shops, cafes, pubs and the beach.
Aircon was not strong enough and the room got very hot and stuffy at night.
For the price we paid, All Seasons Legian Hotel was worth it. Overall the hotel is new and clean, the service staff are very polite and helpful and the room had everything required. However, first impression was bad when we went to check in and the staff said our room was not rerady and they were unable to give us an approximate time of when it was ready. Our room was ready 3 hours later. On aplane all morning, this was an inconvenience as we wanted to settle in straight away but instead had to walk around the area to waste time until room was ready. The hotel is very well located in the centre of a busy street, full of shops, cafes, pubs, and walking distance to Legian Beach.
Restaurant Tip : If breakfast is not provided by the hotel, La Monde is a mere 20m away and provides good value Western and Asian breakfasts.
