Fantastic location, close to shopping, restaurants, spas, walking distance to Kuta, friendly staff, clean, modern rooms, lovely pool. Free 15 minute massage and free welcome drink
No lifts/elevators, hard beds, huge, hard pillows (although they did manage to find us two flatter ones, on the 2nd night, that were also relatively soft), not much by way of toiletries supplied.
My friend and I went for a 4 day girls weekend and stayed in a Superior room and we were really impressed with this hotel, and thought it was excellent value. The rooms are modern and attractive, the location is right in the heart of Legian, but is still quiet (so you have the best of both worlds). We had no trouble getting around and all the taxi drivers knew our hotel. You can walk to Kuta (or catch a cheap meter taxi if you're feeling tired!) or just stay close to home and shop/eat/relax. The free 15 minute massage was the best massage I had while I was in Bali (my masseur's name was Ayu). I had it on my last night, but I wish that I'd had time for a 1 hour one. It would have been expensive compared with elsewhere in Legian/Kuta (about AU$30), but sooooooo cheap compared with Australia. Make sure you book in rather than just turn up, as we were told by some other guests that they went 3 times to get the free massage and were told that they were booked up. The staff in the hotel were really helpful and friendly and being a smallish hotel, I felt that they remembered me from one day to the next. We didn't pay from breakfasts, but our friends did and said it was "an ok buffet". I'm pleased that we didn't include them as this gave us the chance to have breakfast out at local restaurants every day and it was probably cheaper and nicer. I would definitely go back with a friend, but probably not my young family, as the rooms are a bit small for a couple and 2 toddlers, plus having no lifts would be a problem if you had a pram.
Shopping Tip : For those with little girls, there is the most gorgeous costume shop down the road (walk towards Jalan Melasti) that sells beautiful quality fairy costumes etc. Dearer than you'll pay in the markets but very professionally finished and much more beautiful.

Good location in Legian, 5 mins walk to the beach. Free shuttle bus to Kuta. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and comfortable.
Rooms are close to the pool, some people may find it noisy. Not for me though. Would be better if internet assess is available in the room.
Spent 3 nights in All Seasons Legian. Staffs were friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and no fuss at all. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Free shuttle bus to Water Bom in Kuta and its directly opposite the Discovery Mall. The room is clean and still quite new. Didn't have any meal at the hotel so can't comment on food. Didn't quite like the food outlets in the area though, tried a few places and a little disappointed (both western and local fares).
Overall a great stay at the hotel.

Clean, modern, quiet and inviting.
The Spa wasn't worth the money. Go somewhere else and pay no more than 50,000 (£3) for a hours massage.
On arrival at the hotel the staff were very friendly and inviting. A welcome drink arrived from nowhere and our bags were taken up to the room immediately. The room was large and had a huge terrace looking out the front of the hotel. If we had been looking out over the pool we would have had a tiny balcony, which only have enough room for two chairs. Top tip - Put one of the small hand towels down the side of the bath to stop the water going all over the bathroom floor! You'll get the hang of it! We booked a driver via the tour rep in reception. He took us around the island to temples, parks and sights for up to 10 hours. It was only £30, which is half the price of the group tours and it was private. Go to WaterBom, the water park. It's a great day out and the gardens are beautiful. Water slides and rides are amazing - Just like anything in the USA. Finally go to the bar in front of the big shopping centre in Kuta on the beach. It's called Oceans' 27 and you can literally sit at your table in the pool and have lunch and a drink. There is a pool there and lots of cabanas (free if you are drinking or eating). Utter luxury! Showers there too if you want to change and freshen up.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Private sightseeing tour for £30!

The best feature is the swimming pool
It is time to change the towels with a new ones
I like the swimming pool and how the hotels is designed in away that all rooms come with pool view. The location of the hotel is good the Beach is close and local restaurants and shops. I believe that bath towels and bed sheets should be changed to new ones specially the towels. What I mean here is that they are not dirty but they are old.

Rooms are a good size. Modern and clean with a balcony looking over the pool. Staff are friendly. About 25 minutes from the airport in a cab.
Walls are a little thin. You do here when the neighbours are showering.
The hotel seems to be fairly new. At least it still looks new even if it isn't. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Spent most of the time out sightseeing so didn't try the food there. Good value for money.
Restaurant Tip : Check out Indo-National restaurant that is just around the corner. Cheap tasty meals and the owner (Milton) hands out the best tourist maps of Legian and Kuta which he has drawn himself.

good location, close but not too close to bars/clubs. good pool area, staff spoke english and friendly, free internet, clean rooms.
poolside bar expensive, food expensive,
stayed 3 nights here. the pool was small, but it was nice with the trees and shade. I liked the design of hotel, not traditional balinese style, but it worked well and spoke of comfort and cleanliness. staff was super nice and helped a lot.

All Seasons is in a really good location near many shops and restuarants and only 10 mins by taxi to kuta or seminyak.
The toilet was a bit small, didn't have a lot of room to move around.
We had a great time staying at All Seasons Legian as the room was very spacious and comfortable, the pool was nice and staff were always attentive and helpful. The hotel is relatively new and always clean. The location is great as it is close to everything but it is in a quiet street so you have to walk a little bit to get to the main road but it is only a short distance.

Very helpful staffs. Always ready to lent a help hand. Clean environment. Nice spa (must try the couple package!). Nice pool.
Sometimes can be a bit noisy due to echos between hotel rooms. Slightly a bit far from the beach. Limited food choices for the buffet. Only thing is that aircond not cold. Avoid the top floor. But overall highly recommendable. Worth the money spend.
Our first time to Bali. Discovered a nice and cosy hotel. Very helpful staffs always with a smiling face. The spa is one of the few proper and relaxing ones in Bali. Must try. Walking distance to almost every corner of happening places in Kuta and Legian area. The hotel is situated in a considerably safe place. Overall its a nice place but tourist have to be careful on the surrounding people that promotes other hotels (which are mainly scams). Easy access to taxis around Kuta and Bali sight seeing, be aware bout the fare! Negotiate till drop!

Nice big rooms, nice decor, nice colours and the swimming pool area, the exterior of the hotel is nice too
there were insects crawling around the bed room floor. Probably because the bathroom doors cant be shut properly n since we stayed on the ground floor, n part of the bathroom is 'outdoor' hence the insects. Bottomline is , fix n install proper bathroom doors!
Overall a pleasant hotel to stay in, nice LCD tv, good room size. Overall comfortable. The things i didnt really like was the bathroom door which cannot be shut properly, it really takes skills to shut the door. I mean the door adds to the ambience of the room, gives it a villa-look but it is really quite redundant, cos insects can crawl in and out .
Room service food was bad and aircon was not cold enough. Nevertheless it is very value for money!

Excellent initial greeting.
Room cleanliness.
Pool.
Staff demeanour.
Proximity to the beach for early morning walks.
Stairs to third floor rooms, no lift.
Sky bar very "stark".
No informal lounge area.
Spa area for massages very expensive compared to the local Malasti hotel.
The initial hotel greating was very friendly with a drink, cold towel and courtious staff which was very welcome after the "country entry" blockage at the international airport. The hotel was "just the right size", not a sprawling complex. All staff encountered for whatever reason throughout the stay were very friendly and helpfull, the security staff were observed to be very dilligent, coutious and informative about the local area.Hotel cleanliness was excellent. The "sky bar" was a little pricey and "stark" and lacked warmth. An informal bar/lounge area was lacking for meetings with family and friends. Overall the hotel provided an excellent base for our holiday.
Travel tip : The foot paths are extreamly hazardous for walking on and extreme coution should be taken especialy during hours of darkness or with young children.
