Perfect location

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak Bali. The Resort is about a year old and looks quite new. The deluxe room that we stayed is quite large about 34 sqm and has a large bathroom. However, there is no door between the wardrobe compartment and the bathroom. The kingsize bed is quite comfortable. What we like most about the resort is the excellent service provided by all the staff. The are friendly, polite and cheerful. The buffet breakfast provided by the resort is mediocre. Almost the same menu everyday! They should change the menu and have a variety everyday.

nice hotel but a bit far off from the beach

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days during our first trip to Bali. I read from the website that it is a hotel that is suitable for families traveling with young children and I was not disappointed at all in this aspect. The location is too far to walk to the beach although it looks very near from the map.
In any case, the beach is not really equipped with facilities for tourists as there is hardly any umbrellas and kiosks for drinks nor public toilets visible.
The sand on the beach is very rough and too hot to walk barefoot so we could only take a few photos and had to take a taxi to move to the beach in Kuta for our children to enjoy the sea and its activities.
The great thing about this hotel is that it is surrounded by many trendy cafes and restaurants but to our disappointment, the food was generally bland and not as tasty as what we had expected for an international tourist resort. Sightseeing was fantastic and we certainly plan to come back to Bali next time.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade room to deluxe room with pool access. Room and bathroom are big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Wifi was available in the lobby area only.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in front of the hotel there are lots of restaurants and cafe, like ultimo, rumors, etc. The room and bath room are also big, the swimming pool also nice. But one thing I don't feel convenient while staying there is because my room is in the 2nd floor, because there is no lift, hv to use stairs.
