Great location. Our second stay. Need to offer an optional 2nd room key and had to be quite forcefull that a second key is required as there were two of us staying. Manicure and pedicure were a bit average.

All round a very positive experience. I would have liked to have seen a few things. 1. Even a small gym. 2. Being able to swim outside of 8am to 7pmm. 3. A freezer section in the room fridge. 4. Letting me know the tea and coffee making facilities were hidden in the drawer!
Overall, a very enjoyable stay IF the purpose of your stay is to "chill out"

We fully enjoyed our stay, the staff assisted us with everything we asked, from organising a day out picking our own destinations, the swimming pool was clean and lovely, the hotel was very quiet at night.

We have been to Bali many times and for a change we decided to stay in Seminyak for a couple of days rather than Kuta. Whilst we still prefer Kuta, this is a great hotel if you want to chill out in a nice quiet environment. The staff are great and so is the tucker. The only drawback with the hotel is that it is a bit far from the beach....but heh, taxis are cheap in Bali!

The hotel was in a great position, but really did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The pool was tiny and the breakfast was worse than a 2 star. Room service was much the same the staff were. Lovely but could not make up or bad food and tiny pool.
