The room was spacious, hotel was decent, breakfast was ok. However the view is non-existent and there was a construction site opposite the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The Mexican restaurant and the more specifically the Cuban themed restaurant were very good. Which is rare for the area.

Location ok for adults but not children because need to walk about 800m before reaching the beach.
The hotel is new but many flaws on construction like staircase steps are too high for children. The staircase steps to top floor swimming pool are too high for adults as well.
The basin is too far in and will cause water splash wet your cloth while washing your face and brushing your teeth.
The water down pipe seemed not working well where water difficult to flow down in the shower area.
Construction of new hotel just opposite caused a lot of noise till night 10pm.
The rate is not cheap.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire driver + van (7-8 persons) for whole day only Rp300,000.

Great hotel, excellent rooms and lovely staff
Great rooms and facilities. Rooftop pool. Positioned in a prime location, short walk to kuta square, jalan legian, or the beach

everything was great, except the room views, either being a construction site or a wall, but that didn't really matter.
staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
the rooms were amazing, provided everything we need, were clean and looked nice.
rooftop pool was great, provided a view of everything, perfect at sunset.
all round, excellent place.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Spend the sunset on the rooftop on or by the pool with a cool drink in hand. Perfect!

Avoid if you can! I'd bad experience with this hotel especially with the management, not so much with service staffs.

I found that if you ordered an entree and a main they tend to come out together need to specify a bit of time between courses

Good location, nice room freindly staff
Well located right in the heart of Kuta but away from the hustle and bustle

We stay in Bali at least 3 times a year and use many different places for accomadation, would definitly stay here again.It is a new building and the roof top pool is amazing.Breakfast was only avaerage but that is about the only negative. The rooms are spacious and if you are staying for a while there is a small kitchen.
Shopping Tip:
Use the shops close by if you are hireing a motor bike get one from the place next door, the market stalls near the secret garden bar that dont front the street dont get a lot of busieness so if you walk into them and talk to the owners they will give you give very good prices.

this was our third stay at ap suites & apartments. unfortunately the place was full of schoolies this time. the staff were not as friendly as previously. the security guys were awesome. they offered better service than the hotel staff. construction next door was a bit off putting.

staff were not helpful. security were great. heaps of schoolies in the place which made the pool area a bit noisy considering the penthouse is beside the pool and lacked privacy.

This is the second time i'm staying with them, relatively new hotel and great staff!
Nightlife Tip:
just 10 min away from Jln Legian main clubbing zone. location is between the kuta beach and Legian clubbing zone
