Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Overall very good experience. But location is not conducive. Otherwise, very much comfortable for family staying. We felt homely atmosphere and hotel separation.

24hrs swimming pool, spacious & able to cook

Not really a ideal location in the small lane and the construction oppsite start early & end late. This is the 1st time hotel have 24hrs swimming pool service. The 2 bedrooms room is spacious. Too bad they don't have spa/massage service.

the roof top pool is great. rooms were nice and modern.

lovely food & service. however if your looking for a sleep in, there is construction going on right next door so dont expect much quiet time(that is if your room faces that side).

Nice environment, clean and tidy room, internet access available more convenience to the business consumers. Shoplot, grocery and a lot choices of bank also available nearby the hotel constitute a strategic location of hotel. Variety choices of food restaurant easy to find nearby the hotel, consumers be able o have ore choices to choose their favorite foods. Hotel staffs service are friendly, polite and efficiency.

Spacious Hotel Room with Friendly Hotel Service

The hotel is quite difficult to find as it is located in a small street behind Poppies Lane 1, however, it's consider a good location as it is located within nice food/souvenir shops/and walking distance to Legian street/Kuta Beach!
The staff are polite and always welcome you with smiley =). Remember to take their breakfast, especially Bali local fried rice and fried noodle, and finish with a glass of Bali coffee. Their orange juice is not fresh juice, but you can go ahead with papaya and watermelon juice. Their western breakfast menu are just too small portion to take.
Back to the room, the air-cond is working very well and will cool you down just within 15mins! Everything just find and great! The only thing that unsatisfied me is the bathroom, the water of the bath area will float due to the bad design of the floor. The water just can't get out from the bath area (For Superior Suit). Moreover, due to there is a construction on-going beside the hotel, you will find a bad view through the window.
Overall, the hotel is good to stay and we enjoy the sweet dreams at night =)

I must say that we are a bit disappointed about this hotel, it looks nice on website, actual room is big though but not much facility, no tooth brush, no shampoo, bathroom has a small green bottle jel, no lable nothing, not sure what's in it so we did not use. The drinking water is not in plastic bottle with opening and looks scary, I did not try but my friend said it tasted weird, so in the end we bought mineral water from 7-11. There's construction works going on just opposite hotel, it was really noise at night.
