almost an apartment with a hotel facilities.
good and quite situated hotel out side the busy village.

the room (apartment) is nice,big and there is also a small kitchen.
the hotel lays outside the centre of seminyak, which made the hotel very quiet. its only 10 minutes walking to the centre of seminyak.
terrible is the road to the hotel, only dirtroad. we were lucky at that time, becouse it wasn't rain.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to have dinner, go to the center of the town. Don't eet near the hotel. It is expensive and not really nice.

If you are looking to relax in peace and quiet, then this place is perfect. However, if you are like us and want to party etc. then I would suggest staying closer to legian/kuta as travel in car takes ages. A wonderful resort though.

It a clean simple hotel and we pay reasonable price for our stay. Its located in Seminyak small street quiet area and takes 15 mins walk to the main road, Advice to book a car to take you around. The staffs were friendly and polite. The only issue was the bath room comes with a big sliding door facing the bed therefore no privacy if you stay with your friends or family members.
Nightlife Tip:
Nice chilling out beach bar called cocoon should check it out.

i spent 3 days in astana kunti with my husband, we took one of their suite appartment. overall we are very happy with the room. its clean, comfort and the size also big> with the price we got from agoda, its actually exceed my expectation.
the only improvement that might need consider is : breakfast menu is so limited. not much option..

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was simple, yet comfortable. The staff seemed to be working through the general kinks of a just-opened hotel (e.g., we were a group of three, but the room was only set-up for two despite previous notification). The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful as quickly as possible, although they seemed to have more hotel guests than the staff could handle efficiently at times. If you're looking for a high luxury place with fluffy towels and nice toiletries, best to select a different hotel. However, it suited a quick weekend getaway especially as we spent more time diving and/or exploring Bali rather than staying in the hotel room.

Everything is great about my stay in Astana, the only reason that I might not stay if ever is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the area - and it is because of their location, beside them are grass lands, etc.
I had to request for mosquitoe spray since mosquitoes are inside our bedroom, I wish there were more candles, lotions, sprays around the apartment and villa to keep these pests away.
But the people are definitely nice, they try to provide everything that you need - from calling a cab, airport transfers, etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a car with a driver who knows everything - they are priced reasonably at idr only.
go and eat at the best places - babi guling, etc.

stayed there for three nights. the staff was really friendly, the rooms where big and very well equiped, the swimming pool is nice and shadowy, which was really appreciated, the location near some rice paddies was also very enjoyable. though, it was a bit far from bars and restaurant. a taxi was needed to go out in the evening or during the day.

Great location, walking distance to seminyak centre area and probably around rupiah by cab. The pool area is located in the center of the apartment, so can get very noisy in the morning and evening. The room comes with a small kitchen and a comfortable sofa and bed.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and I nejoyed every second of it. Clean bathroom, big and clean room, great room facilites, and great location. The stafff were every helpful and I always on stand-by 24/7. This hotel is perfect for those like to come to Bali to relax and enjoy time with loved ones. I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Bali.
