This hotel for me is ok but when U was there last, had many renovations and the experience of relaxing was interrupted. I only found out too late. The breakfast was below standard for it's claim with NO aircon and not very exciting at all

I've spent 3 nights in this great hotel. It has lots of amenities, including a gym and sea sports activities. I can played free pool and table tennis too! A lot of people brought their children over there. A fantastic place to watch sunrise with your loved ones and a morning jog in the lovely beach. Fantastic service with a great smile all the time!

Nice hotel, which In my opinion has third best beach in Benoa area after Conrad, grand mirage. Value for money. There was not many option for breakfast.

i got trouble with room since that we need to wait for several hours since the room was not ready. we need to change room due to smelly thing that we don't understand. the good thing, service is very good, they are very helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check for your hotel room, sometime it is too dirty and lots of sand in the bed.

Have stayed at the Aston before as the hotel rooms are large, the pool area is excellent and you also have close access to the beach. Beach is quite nice, but lots of rubbish in the sea which made swimming in the pool the only option for me.

Although I was travelling alone, I was allocated a double room with twin beds. As I prefer a big bed, I asked reception if they could change it to a king-size instead and they kindly obliged. I enjoyed the included breakfast and also found the other meals I ate in their restaurant of a very high standard at reasonable prices. The staff always greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel special. I would have expected to pay at least twice as much for this quality back home in Perth, Australia.

A wonderful stay

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the aston benoa. the large rooms were more than adequate to fit a cot in and not be cramped. buffet breakfast caters for all ethnicities with a special mention to the terrific chef at egg station, always a smile and a perfectly cook egg any way you like it. all staff very friendly including housekeeping who greeted our child by name every morning. the pool is fantastic for both old and young with beautiful sea breezes from the ocean. they are currently undertaking repairs on their bali luna restaurant with minimal disturbance, it didn't affect our stay at all. we will definitely return to the aston benoa.
Shopping Tip:
Definitely use the free shuttle that runs from Benoa to Nusa Dua and drops you at Bali Collection
