was searching for halal hotel in bali and i found this hotel. overall experience was great. excellent customer services given by the staff namely . although communicating via email, ms kadek tried her best to satisfy me as this hotel customer. on the other hand,staff put herself up to one level above by providing excellent service for me and my hubby. although the facilties in this hotel especially on the 2 bedrooms room need to be improved, but because of the good services i received from the staff make my stay in denpasar momerable one thanks staff. keep it up!

It was always great. I have been there for 6 times on my record. Some of employees know me and greet me as their repeater guest. However the management should concern about benefits for their repeater guest. Acknowledgement from the company is absolutely needed.

We stayed here for 4 nights..
Staff were awesome..
We booked a supeeior room, however we were given a free update to a deluxe room..
But when went in, the room was dusty and not well cleaned, till I got my Allergic Rhinitis..
We then requested for change to our superior room and it was dealed promptly..
All rooms come with nice pool view..
Located in the capital of Bali, you can travel everywhere from here..
Staff were polite as in many other hotels..
Breakfast time is longer with standard food..

Excellent, I think my room was an upgrade one. I used the hotel many times and I love their room and location as well as worth for the money that I spent. Few things to improve :
- No welcome drinks for me upon arrival.
- No recognition service as this is my 5 times stay.
- The Spa service was not as I expected. Should be more friendly and unique. I feel that I am in an empty room at Spa. They should have better service at Spa.
