distance from beach front and main shops
I have stayed at this hotel before and really have no issues with it accept for its distance from the beach. Also there is only 3 chairs to lie on near the pool area, not really for lazing about the pool this place.
Travel tip : Hire a scooter - easy to get from hotel to anywhere

Hotel rooms were good, staff were helpful and cheerful. Pool bar for relaxing.
Breakfast wasn't very good if you are a Westerner Bit out of the way.
There was nothing really bad about this hotel other than the location.

Very clean modern rooms. Nice swimming pool with bar. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Free airport shuttle.
Very close to airport but not much else.
We were booked into the Aston by our travel agent. During our stay in Bali we needed to book another at a different part of our trip and decided to stay at the Aston again. We would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting to stay somewhere near the airport.
