the hotel staff, very service minded and always smiling the spa and the restaurants were very good but a bit expensive Ayana is the best 5 star hotel that we have stayed at. The rooms are nice and clean and the garden and pool areas are amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the staff though, always ready to help you in any way and always with a sincere smile on the face. Service charge (10%) is put on the bill and nobody is expecting any extra tips.

Beautiful gardens, superb service, breathtaking views expensive food, main pool Our two days in Ayana were perfect ending to Bali trip with special touches like birthday cake and flowers for birthday etc. multiple pool areas with distinctive character together with a nice little beach meant we could spent these days just exploring the different areas. Loved the stay and will surely come back.
Restaurant Tip : Italian restaurant close to main pool offers great value and tasty lunches - same food 25m away at main poolside cost almost double !

good location to see the sunset and nearby harbour, however little be faraway from down town. The hotel bathroom need to renovate as outdate, the Italy restaurant is not good, the NOVA restaurant is nice, the enviorment and food is very good.
