Bali Ayu Hotel Bali Info

This villa-style property is located in a quiet village in Kerobokan, Kuta and has recently been upgraded with two and three-bedroom private pool accommodations.

And while the Bali Ayu Hotel is situated away from the activity in Kuta and Seminyak, it is very close to the area’s famous “Eat Street” that includes restaurants like Mykonos, Kudeta, Warisan, and La Lucciola and free shuttle service is available for guests who want to take advantage of this location. Good location, quiet vicinity.

Breakfast - same menu.

A very good budget hotel with all amenities nearby - Bebek Bali is just opposite, a babi guling stall nearby. We also explore the seaside and the whole of Jalan Laksamana where there are many restaurants - both local and international. A shopping square with a hotel is almost completed nearby. Overall this is the best cheap hotel I've stayed.

The room was spacious and had AC, good hot shower, fridge and TV. The hotel had a nice pool and spa, I enjoyed the stay. Its in a quiet location in Kerobokan and 10 mins walk to the beach.

The standard room was located too near to the car park, and the road, and sometime you hear bike noise especially really early in the morning and it woke me up quite a lot. If you want to walk its a bit far to Seminyak, Legian, Kuta.

I enjoyed the stay, its a good room for the price. Unlike previous few hotels, all the facilities in the room were working perfectly so I was happy. Pool wasn't big but it was quite peaceful and liked the palm tree around. They have a good spa and the price was reasonable. It was quiet and they have much better facility than other similar priced spa. I liked the location as it was much quieter than Legian Kuta area that I previously stayed at. Walking to the beach is 10 mins from the hotel and the beach is cleaner/ quieter than Legian beach. Bars and restaurants are quite nice around there too. Its less busy and I liked it a lot. The hotel staff were nice too.

Easy going. Open-air bathrooms. Big refrigerator. Shuttle bus. Good price.

Kitchen delivers sober breakfast. Beds are of poor quality.

The Bali Ayu is a good hotel for budget travellers. The rooms are sober but everything you need is there. One con is the breakfast. The food isn't tasty and not enough. The friendly restaurant staff seems to have no experience at all. Fortunately there are some good and inexpensive restaurants at walking distance of the hotel, so called warungs. To the beach it takes a 15 minutes walk and if you want to go to Kuta the hotel provides a shuttle twice a day. In the area around the hotel you can still find some rice fields but not for long anymore. It seems that all available land will end up in being used for building luxury villas, which do between 300 and 1000 usd a night.

Restaurant Tip : Lunch time restaurants serving Indonesian buffet eg. warung Kollega and Warung Sulawesi just 5 minutes walking distance a Petitenget Road.
