Nice garden hotel
The hotel right on the beach front.

the bali garden hotel is the quite hotel that suitable for anyone who need the peace and quite place to stay. the location just less than 100meter to the large shoping center . the breakfast is good. the room is big . the swimming pool is almost by the beach.

The hotel location is very good. All in one places, like shopping, activities but if only there is no jam on the street of Kuta it will be fantastic. The hotel service is also marvellous. They are on the dot when we ask for plug extension and hair dryer. Not like other hotel that we stayed before it takes hrs for them to deliver to our room. And when we ordered food from our room,we dont have to wait long. Clean hotel and nice staff who will always smile and greet you along the way.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel location is very good if children are tag along as there is waterbom park just across the road. And there's a lot of restaurant and shops the whole stretch outside the hotel.

Great Location but needs some refurbishments.
Near to everything, ie. Beach, shopping & food outlet

Room needs some refurbishments. Also, the room is closed to laundry area which is still running at night even past midnight.
The swimming pool needs some regular cleaning.

relaxing garden hotel

Great rooms with large comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast in the garden complete with omelette bar, banana pancakes bar, cooked foods, fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juices and coffee. The hotel is actually located in South Kuta, so it's right at the beginning of Kuta beach strip. There's a giant shopping mall a few doors down but besides other resort complexes there isn't much around nearby. You have to walk up a few blocks to get to the heart of Kuta (shopping, restaurants, bars, etc).

Okay good things first. The staff is always smiling, friendly and willing to help. Especially the staff at the Boardwalk cafe, special thanks to Arthi who always spoke to us, inquired how we were & reserved an excellent table for dinner. The gardens of the hotel were excellent and well maintained, the location of the hotel is excellent and facilities are kept quite clean. The food at the Boardwalk cafe was good, quality of the tapas was average, however the wood stove oven pizzas were of comparable quality to five star gourmet restaurants. You had to pay deposits for just about anything extra you needed. Rooms don't have a mini bar facilities except for an empty fridge, hence no glasses to drink wine or water, no cork screw, etc. So we asked for some wine glasses in the room, was told 50,000 per glass, pool towels 100,000/towel, it rained and we had to deposit 50,000 per umbrella. The deposits aren't expensive, just annoying. Rooms service has a delivery charge of 10,000 as well.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the wood stove pizza, they are really good at the Boardwalk cafe.

Nice place to stay in Bali
Very close to airport, Kuta beach, mall, restaurant. Big room, nice pools, directly to the beach.

It was my first time stayed in Bali Garden even this my sevent time to go to Bali. I will recommended to others and also I would like to stay in this hotel again once I am back to Bali. One thing need to improve by hotel and the local govermnet is about rubbish on the beach behind the hotel. Need attention from the hotel and local government to clean up the rubbish to make Kuta beach clean and nice!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you wanna stay just directly to Kuta Beach...just stay here.

We stayed the cheapest room to start off with, when i asked the checkin lady what it was like she said... uuuummmm why dont you take a look... when we arrived at the room (that im sure they show Every tourist) we said we would like an upgrade as it overlooked a workhouse and smelt very bad,room was very average. so we paid for the upgrade and were moved to a room with a balcony. Satisfied we unpacked and sat on the bed with the aircon on to have a break. The aircon began to wreak!!!!! so i called reception and they sent a man who came and sprayed orange AMBIPUR!@!!!!!! in our aircon!!!!!!@! the odour was even worse, orange smelling poo eeewww. so i rang again and they sent an aircon man to fix it, he cleaned the filthy filters in our basin leaving a huge mess, sprayed aircon cleaner that smelled like WRD all over it so now our room smelled of orange and WRD!!!!!!! we asked to move again!!! I had a shower the next morning and the shower head fell off. we had non refundable paymentsso we just went out for our next 2 days there. EEEEEWWWWWW do not stay at this hotel/.
