We love Bali Gardens because the rooms are great, food sensational, and the gardens which are surrounded by fish ponds are magical, truly a sight to behold. Staff are brilliant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
make sure if you stay in Kuta get a leg or back massage at Carlas
its heaps cheaper than anywhere, very clean with great staff, Enjoy.

We spent five days and nights at Bali Gardens and overall enjoyed it. Location is fantastic a quick walk along the beach and you are in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Breakfast was good, pools excellent especially the adults only. Only issue was the hall ways smell of sewerage at times and this can be a little off putting. Spa is overrated and you can get much cheaper and better service down the street opposite KFC near Matahari.
Restaurant Tip:
Rhos hi restaurant situated next door and part of the hotel does great sushi and sushimi.

After a mix up in room size when we arrived the staff tried rectify as soon as possible but this took 2 days. So 2 adults and 2 kids were in a room for 3 for 2 nights.But they did their best. The inhouse restaurants were great, we couldn't have asked for more friendly staff. Great pool area where adults could watch the kids, have a drink, without having to be in around the pool. We would stay there again.
Travel tip:
Do your homework beforehand on sightseeing and attractions then hire your own driver when you get there. Plan your own day tell them and then you'll get the best value from you driver.

I will never come back to this hotel

Never book a room which attaches to the dining place. That’s very bad, the room likely filled up with smells from the kitchen next door. If you do, you may request to change your room. The kind counter officer certainly will help out, only you planned for some wait time. My experience, housekeeping took an hour, still deserved I guess, we finished up a big meal.
Something we didn't expect, again, the "new" room. Dirty towels left by housekeeping. Bed sheets appear in stained and dirt, we think the hotel don't change sheets between guests. Amazingly, the phone in the room does not work. We can walk down to call a second time service. No problem.
If you decide to swim in the sunny morning. Ok, check out the swimming pool. To ensure the greasy water is removed.
Location of the hotel is good, very easy to travel between the those main streets. People who work in the hotel are nice and helpful. As for vacations, my opinion, I will never come back to this hotel. Not on the suggestion list.

the location is lovely, in the heart of Kuta, but not too busy. All 3 pools were amazing, especially the boardwalk pool. Room was average, and wasnt cleaned as often as we would like. If you are planning on spending more time in your room, I'd suggest a better room than the superior. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Bali gardens is a big hotel, but the staff make you feel welcome.

Get to the Gili islands- amazing

Great place to stay, gardens and pool area amazing. Cannot fault the staff they are so friendly and happy and always up for a chat. Rooms are ok, nothing amazing but comfortable and cool. Central location in Kuta and within walking distance to shops ect. Loved it and will stay again for sure! Many thanks for a fabulous holiday!
