the pool , the location of hotel , safety of hotel the rooms are quite old and need renovation , they have an odd check out time policy of 10AM ..!! the in house spa is pretty good but the massage is so so . i paid for a one hour massage and the massage was done within 45 mins ... the overall stay was good in the hotel , the pool and the access to the beach are really awesome . But the rooms need a good sprucing up . The breakfast is ordinary and can do without . They apparently have a ridiculous checkout time policy of 10 AM .. this is unheard of in any country . and this information is not posted on the website .

Pool area and beach was great Our rooms was very old and run down right on the street very loud. Rooms to far from pool for families We stayed in this hotel with 2 ad and 1 infant. We stayed in a sup room. The room was very run down and old. Bathroom very average. The rooms themselves are very large lots of room to spread out.The hotel rooms are a far distance from the pool so it was very hard with young children running back and forward all the time. Breakfast was ok but i have had better.Pool area great and food from poolside bar great. Access to beach good with path into main Kuta. This was our 8th time in Bali and we have stayed at various hotels. Prob wold not stay here again.

the pool and people were fantastic the top floor room we stayed in had lots of mosi in the room apart from that it was worth the money had a great time in the motel stayed for three night service was great breakfast was beautiful staff were fantasic loved how we could walk from the pool onto the beach and great view when we swimming in the pool!! had a great time for three nights would stay again but ill get bottom floor next time really enjoyed the stay great work staff see you all next time

Beautiful gardens, pool, beach and staff. Lots of pool chairs and good swim up bar area. Inside the hotel was very old and tired. Bathrooms mouldy. Bali Gardens Hotel is in a good location, just 10 minutes walk from the busiest area of Kuta. The outside areas of pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept, but the inside of the hotel needs quite a bit of work done. I would rate the outside a ****star and the inside a **star. We asked to be moved from our original room as we referred to is as "the dungeon". Whatever you do, don't accept Room 101. Even the bellboy showed no surprise when we asked to be moved from that room. It is at the very end on the 1st floor and had a door to a small garden which was just a small patch of dirt, a few plants and a view of a dirty cement wall. The bathroom was disgusting. The second room we had much much better on the 2nd floor. No problems with the staff - they were all lovely. Breakfast was good.
Restaurant Tip : Bubba Gump Restaurant is across the road from the hotel and is very good.

I found the light bulb at the washroom is too dark and need to change the shower curtain as it was yellowish. Shower cap was not provided. The furniture are quite old and all wooden, it made the room a bit smelly. Other than that, the breakfast and the hotel staff service were fantastic.
Shopping Tip : Only 3mins walking distance to the shopping mall.

Fantastic location, right on the beach and in the heart of it all. Amazing pools, spa and service. Rooms were simple (but very clean) but we were hardly in them My father and I stayed for 10 days, loved every minute of our time in Bali Garden Beach Resort. Amazing service and facilities. Friends who came to dinner now want to stay here for their next trip. Loved it! We will stay again when we return

room looks tired overall service was good.The entrance look quite old and the lobby looks old.The staff was very good especially the bell boy and the pool staff. The location was very convenience to the beach, shopping center and the water boom water park.Also near to Kuta art market.The best feature of this hotel is the swimming pool.If the management take a really good care of the landscape and also the maintenance, it can be among the best hotel along Jalan Dewi Sartika.
Nightlife Tip : Don't go to Mushro next to the shopping center. Very quite and not happening at all. Save money

Great swimming pool with easy access to the beach. Room look very old with old furniture. Bali garden beach resort supposed to be a very nice hotel if the hotel well taken care.the furniture are very old and the plant at the balcony is almost dead without leaves.the swimming pools are great with spa pool and also kid pool.the staff are olso great.friendly and always smiles.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great location.just a few steps away to waterbom theme park.

Best features of bali gardens beach resort excellent grounds and facillites 3 swimming pools 3 bars freindly and welcoming staff weakness the rooms are dated but they are being refurbished front carpark floods when it rains quit dangeris Bali gardens hotel quite an expensive hotel onse you see the older rooms but when you got out the back of the hotel you will see excellent grounds 3 swimming pools one adult pool 3 bars 1 pool bar 2 resturants 2 massage facilates a great family hotel with room to move around a new beach front out the back with close near by shopping out the front and back plenty of freindly and helpfull staff. with water bomb park opposite.
Restaurant Tip : All types of resturants asian thai indian japanes western europian all within 5 minutes walk away.

the hotel is well situated near to lots of famous shopping area and directly next to e beach. the rooms need to be refurbished but overall its okay for a budget hotel Shopping Tip : Do not change money at their small shops money changer esp when the rates is so much better coz they will play tricks and tax some of your cash. airport is the best.

Outdoor areas were very well maintained.
Pool bar menu was extensive and reasonably priced.
Location of hotel was excellent.
TV channel selection was extensive.
Rooms were not too noisy considering they are close to the street. Outdated rooms, very small bath/shower meant bathroom floor was always wet after use.
Lack of amenities in rooms such as wash towels, drinking glasses, hairdryers etc.
Lack of pool towels and particularly having to collect towels from reception rather than having them near pool area which would have been a lot more convenient.
I would stay at this hotel again due to the value for money compared to some of the bigger hotels. While the rooms and service are not up to the high standards expected at 4+ star resorts, these are only minor negatives compared to the good points being the fantastic gardens and pool area, as well as the competitive price of staying here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not book from hotel travel information desk. They quoted us a price for a tour that was 33% higher than the price we received from a vendor across the road, and on the one occasion we did book through them we were given a comparatively bad USD - IDR exchange rate.

Service provided by staff is considered OK. If you have limited budget but still want to go to Bali, you can choose it. The swimming pool and gym facilities are considered as OK. But the whole hotel is really old. When my wife and I check in at the hotel, i was blamed by her because of the old appearance of the guestrooms and the hotel. Service is considered OK. But if you can afford, why dont you choose a hotel with a younger age?

The location & the Indonesian restaurant - Batan Waru are good. Everything in the hotel needs improvement. They should renovated the hotel. The condition of the hotel is very bad. The hotel rooms are very old. The wooden room door looks like they can be broken in easily as the lock doesn't look secure anymore. The hotel staff's attitude & service is poor. We waited 30 mins for the room key when check-in and we had to call 3 times before they sent the extra pillows. Upon entering the room, we found at least 30pcs of M & M chocolates on the floor under the extra bed. The towels are old and they look more like grey than white colour. No face & hand towels. This hotel is more like 3 star & below.... for sure it's not 4 star hotel....

Excellent location for shopping and beach activities, great beachfront bar and lounge Rooms are a tad old and in need of reburbishment, limited choice of breakfast The main selling point of this hotel is its central location in Kuta/Tuban. Great access to shops and the famous Kuta beach. Excellent choice esp for first-timers to Bali. Friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. If one is not particular about the old state of rooms, this is a value for money hotel.

it is near to anywhere, to the shopping street, to the beach, people are kind the water tank is too old, shower water temperature is unstable! it is nice to stay! it is near to everywhere, to the walking street, or to the beach! ppl there are helpful, but when you say thank you, don't expect they will reply you, they won't even smile! strange! spa environment is no good!
Restaurant Tip : there is a restaurant which is called no.6 restaurant near the hotel. dishes there is delicious and cheap!
