Lovely hotel, great location with fantastic staff

My stay was lovely, I have stayed there before and will stay there again. There are a variety of bars and restaurants on site all offering good food at great prices with very friendly service. The only downfall is the amount of people smoking in the pool this is disgusting and very unhealthy for others.The rooms are large and clean with huge beds.

It is always a nice stay there but when hotel is full the breakfast dinning room is too small.
Travel tip:
Great hotel but a bit expensive room rates for what you can get elsewhere.

The hotel is in a perfect location, on a busy street in front of waterbomb park. It is also on the beach which is a great walk. However the room could have been cleaner and sheets were not changed every 3 days as indicated by management. Cups and mugs were wiped clean but not washed/replaced each day. The floor was pretty dirty too. The staff were very friendly though and more than happy to arrange new towels or cups etc. But the cleaners are obviously pretty lazy. Being on the busy street, I wouldn't recommend staying at the front of the hotel again as it was very noisy with car hoons beeping, people shouting etc all night. Mabye if I stayed on the beach side it would be quieter but even the beach was pretty busy at night. They need to make the rooms more sound proof. I won't be staying here again.

Lovely beaches
Beach is excellent with spectacular view of main Kuta beach

Fantastic beach and lovely sceneries along kuta beach. Excellent location within 3 minutes from Discovery Kartika Kuta and 10 minutes walk along the beach to new Kuta Beachwalk. Perfect location for relaxing, watching sunset and close for night life in Kuta. The garden is beautiful howevet the lobby need to be upgraded.
Travel tip:
No bellboy so you need to bring by yourself all of your luggages

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location

I booked this hotel at short notice as I wanted to stay somewhere on the beach but close to shops without being hassled to buy stuff. The room was nice, although the bathroom needs to be updated. Also the towels looked a bit tired. It is virtually next door to Discovery Mall with fixed price stores.
There is a great variety of dining options in the hotel and nearby. I thought the hotel restaurants were reasonably priced.
Free wi fi would have been good,
Hotel Feature Tip:
There were two pools with plenty of loungers so there weren't people putting towels on loungers at 9 am and leaving them there all day.

Great location, my room very clean with no horrible smells, beautiful gardens, good variety of pools, food good at boardwalk , breakfast a bit disappointing,however in context with price fair enough. Nice cold beer with stubby holders. However was disappointed to see skimpy girls for entertainment. Was looking forward to seeing fire and acrobats show advertised but the girls had g-strings on - not right or the Balinese girls to wear. We don't won't their culture disappearing that's what we go to Bali for. They could have still been dressed modestly and done an entertaining show. If certain areas want skimpy clad girls hats their choice however notin a family friendly hotel.
