Fabulous spoil for a very low price.
The staff are extremely friendly with excellent English and knowledge of the area. The pool and area around it is boutique, clean and private. The location is central to the beach, shopping and dining

Absolutely no issues what so ever.
They do not have a restaurant but they do supply fresh danishes and muffins for breakfast. There is also tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster to make your own breakfast with a little kitchenette if you choose.
The room was very comfortable, bright, clean with fabulous linen for a great night sleep and romp.
The location is quiet yet a quick walk and you are on a street full of life, restaurants, shopping, night life and the beach 500m away.
The service is excellent and when travelling on your own, it is lovely to be able to share your experiences of the day with someone.
I will be staying again and next time I will pay the extra for a villa and probably bring friends and family as well.

short stay before going back home

do not stay at this hotel. Is take a taxi is very difficult to find because the hotel has no sign board. The room stated inclusive of breakfast but the breakfast was only muffin. The floor was abit sandy and dirty and no toiletaris in the room! In the morning when we were still sleeping there's noise from outside!

Previous reviewers mentioned the noisy night clubs nearby.... I am a light sleeper but had no trouble sleeping. Some reviewers mentioned the neighbourhood rooster.... loud music, noisy cars and barking dogs keep me awake at home so a rooster was no problem!

Good but a bit expensive for the room

Stay was not bad but the hotel is located a bit secluded in one corner. Still have to walk out to take cab. Room was spacious enough but I remembered I booked a queen bed but I was given a twin bed. Anyway overall stay was pleasant and relaxed :)

seminyak, you will find better one
big size of room, quiet surrounding and nice air port pick up ( extra charge)

we arrived in Bali at mid night, we just stayed one short night before getting into Ubud,
except big size of room and big comfy bed, nothing special.
staffs were nice but there are away too many hotels have better charms and services.

Room is spacious and nice for the price. hotel is quite close to seminyak night clubs. Better to rent a bike there .

Great TV channels. Staff very hospitable and eager to assist.
Minor setback,many locals and taxi drivers had a difficulty locating the resort even when we gave the namecard with the address and directions. Road leading to the resort especially at night did not have street lights,did not feel safe going out at night.Overall, for the price you pay, was worth staying.
