variety of menu in american buffet breakfast. friendly staff and service with a smile. pool side restaurant and the theme of water sports in the pool. quick check-in and check-outs. wi-fi (free) is a big plus for this hotel as it stays you in touch with the freinds and helps checking the information on line. taxi service is good with many of taxis at the lobby at our convenience. overall the stay in hotel was good.

The hotel locates in the middle of Kuta area, such a easy way to go to the places around Kuta, the Airport or the Kuta beach, but it's quite busy traffic around the hotel.

situation and hotel is quite nice, we got welcome drink and trial massage compliment also. although the location in jalan majapahit is quite far from kuta (about 25 min walk) and there are no other interesting object beside the hotel (for me). The other problem is my room is not really clean maybe because its facing the road.

It's not very near to the beach
Overall ok. Wifi is the selling point here.

The shower was too hot which you couldn't adjust.
Nice breakfast and helpful staffs.
The location is a bit far from the beach and Jl Legian.
Nightlife Tip:
Sky Garden is the best hangout place. Please bring along ur passport. It is free entrance for foreigner.

the hotel just like 15 minutes from ngurahrai airport by taxi, me and my wife choose deluxe pool view room. small room but clean and comfortable besides lack of lights. we love the hotel lobby and swimming pool also, we stay for 3 nights and everything was great, the hotel close to kuta beach and legian, it's just 10 minutes by walk.
i was surprised with breakfast, breakfast menu is awesome, from indonesian breakfast and western breakfast menu.
good service but we rarely communicate with staff hotel.
i will back to this hotel if i come to bali again.
Nightlife Tip:
the hotel location close from legian street where many night clubs, it's awesome for you party people.

A nice enough stay, with pleasantly surprising hotel facilities. A massive array of food for breakfast, both continental and Balinese mix, but to be honest i have had better. Location wise, its not on top of the busy streets of Kuta Central, which is a massive plus if you'd like to be close enough to walk home and then be able to sleep (since that road can seriously get noisy)...however I'd advise a torch or a brightly lit iphone for the walk back home....hardly any walkable pavements in the whole of Kuta.

We had read mixed reviews about this hotel but I'm so happy to say that our experience was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and just right for a week's stay, staff were accommodating to the enth degree and whilst it is not in the hustle and bustle of Kuta, it's only a 10 - 15 minute walk and we discovered plenty of market stalls in back laneways without any of the usual hassle associated with the main market stall streets. Our driver Teddy was absolutely gorgeous and Happy Hours at the pool were a huge hit :) All in all, I recommend this hotel highly.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Bubba Gumps, MooMoos & Queens of India for quality dining and terrific service.

This hotel is just outside the hustle and bustle of kuta but still in walking distance of the shops and beach. a nice large pool and in the morning the elaborate breakfast are the definite plusses. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and everything works. the TV has many western channels. Bathrooms are also spacious.The balcony adds a nice touch. Free wifi is also a nice bonus. Noise from the hallway can be a problem, because the door is not really soundproof. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff.
Hotel Feature Tip:
for the most quiet rooms choose the one on the 3rd floor or higher and facing inward to the pool. Also try to book a room which is far from the elevator.

even we arrived late at the hotel and we booked deluxe pool view surprisingly we are up graded to junior suite room eventhough they up grade our room not facing the pool than we request pool view and after wait around 5 minutes they fulfill our request...what a nice...our daughter very happy by the time we open the door the pool in front of our room.
the negative are the flush in our closet not working properly and then the bed and pillow are hard not soft as our previous stay in our 3 stars hotel. i think it is better for the hotel change with the soft one so that the guest can enjoy they sleep.
