the toilet very dirty and rusty. the wifi inside room only can detect but can not use due to the signal very week. this hotel location is not good because far from kuta town and yet is a one way street, is very inconvenience. only the breakfast tatse not bad.

nice hotel in bali but quite far from kuta beach, we stay here in this holiday season because almost all good hotel in jalan pantai kuta are fully booked, the room is too small, clean, sthe staff is very helpfull.

Excellent facilities and services but i wasnt told about deposit on first day of 500,000RP which is abit steep and can only get back on last day which by then i have no time to spend already.

Must try scuba diving at nusa dua and nightlife bounty discotheque

Breakfast buffet needs some improvement though as the choices are not that many. Other than that, this hotel will definitely be my choice when I come back to Bali again.

Stayed once, but will not be going back. For a intercontenial Hotel the staff were very freindly, but the hotel was very noisy and for a deluxe Pool room this was very disapointed. the room didn't have a light and only 2 beadside lamps. we have problems with the toliet and was promised to be moved to a junior suite, which did not happen. The bathroom was very small and we you had a shower there was water all over the floor due to the poor design of the shower. Asked to have a late check out but was denied, complained and then they offered to move us to the junior room on the last night which was to late. They changed their minds and allowed us to have the room to 3pm and they gave us free transport to the airport.
Overall not happy at all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Waterbomb Park is a must for all.

About 15 - 20 mins walk to Kuta beach

stayed in junior suite, find that room is rather small. breakfast spread not that great too. but staff over the counter are helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Not expensive to travel by bluebird taxi (Meter). Travel to airport is about hotel's chartered transport cost rupiah.
