hotel was clean ,aircon good daily service good and pool area good. the pool should not close at 7.30pm ,that was very disappointing considering that is the lifestyle in bali when on holiday.also will never ever book through agoda again ,the problems that occured with our paid booking ,and service to at least sort out was disgusting .they never once tried to sort out their mistake and never ever did we get an apology. Restaurant Tip : the el cielo restaurant was just up the road ,the best italian restaurant and the best pizzas

friendly staff,pleasant pool area and comfortable rooms problems with the aiconditioning leaking and abad sewerage smell in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay at the rani apart from a bad smell in the bathroom which they tried to fix and an air cond that leaked badly one night which they did fix.We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly and we will stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Very close to lucky plaza shopping cetre.

Good location,friendly staffs. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. All of us were very happy with the hotel's conditions. However, just be careful when entering into the toilet because the floor is slippery.
