Couples India, February 22, 2011	Great place close to the beach at affordable rates Great service, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms with hot water, close to the beach 8.7 - Nice clean rooms - Complimentary airport pickup if you book through Agoda. - Excellent spread for breakfast. - Decent pool area. - Good bar by the poolside. - Prompt and helpful staff. - Great location in Kuta, opposite Discovery Shopping Mall and lots of restaurants, stores and markets. Great place for a family stay. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The Traveldesk of the hotel is very expensive. I suggest contact the numerous travel agencies outside.

Couples Singapore, February 08, 2011	Excellent location and friendly service Excellent location, clean and newly renovated room, wonderful staff, nice spa 9.3 We stayed at Bali Rani for 5 days. The staff were very friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was great, just opposite the Discovery Mall and Waterbom just 100m away. There are many shops up and down the street from the hotel and there's no shortage of food and beverage joints in the vicinity. The beach and all the shopping are within walking distance. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Be wary of the transport services provided at the lobby. They are not part of the hotel but the drivers sitting at the counter will try to sell you their service. Usually they charge higher than what you can get from tour brochures obtained from the airport. So if you wish to use their service, remember to bargain for a lower price.

Friendliness and willingness to help 7.7 Was initially disappointed with the room and pool as we were expecting something a little more luxurious. The room was small and rather old, but very clean. It overlooked the Bali Hut surrounded by the pond, which was very nice. The breakfast was well presented and very tasteful. Don't recommend the upstairs manicure/pedicure, but the massage was very good.
