Friendly staff, Good food, Great accomadation, well positioned for beach and water sports. Having stayed in Bali on two other occasions I found this hotel to be a five star rating in every regard. All the staff spoke good English and extremly friendly and helpfull. The rooms are designed and furnished well. The gardens and pool are kept in great condition with plenty of sun beds for all the guests.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask at reception if the honeymoon suites are available for an upgrage

Great pool, beautiful grounds, staff is friendly and helpful, they clean up and turn down your room 2-4 times a day Old 80's style rooms and decor, overpriced restaurant, inconvenient shower design Overall, I liked this hotel. The grounds are very nice and the pool is great. But the rooms look like they were designed and furnished in the 1980s and never revisited. There are many great places in the area to go for massages and there are water sports all along the beach, so you can negotiate a good price for jet-ski/parasailing. The staff here are really good, though. Definitely nice and accommodating.

looked good from the lobby, very Balinese style Booked only one night,overbooked, very bad treatment As i arrived at the hotel, i've been told that it was overbooked, and they had already reserved a room in another hotel. Actually they didn't, because i had to wait 30 min as they were looking for the other room at that time.
I've been redirected to Aston Bali, a huge hotel nearby. In the Royal Suite i had booked a suite superior, but the room they booked at Aston was only a standard room. I had to fight to get a suite also there, loosing a couple of hours. Experience very disappointing.
