Overall it was ok and worth for value. It also near the shopping areas. Just the parking are not so enough and no bell boy services. Although the buffet breakfast are not so much choices but the staff keep refill.

An absolute disgrace of a hotel

This hotel was terrible! The staff were the most unfriendly and unhelpful bunch I have ever met and I managed to have around 2 hours sleep here in total. I had an early flight the next morning so I was hoping to get an early night and wake up fresh but alas that definitely did not happen. Firstly there was a live band right outside my window (it sounded like they were pretty much in the room) playing until around 1am and I then had to experience a crazy man on magic mushrooms in the room next to me which admittedly wasn't the hotel's fault entirely but the way they dealt with it just wasn't good enough. I woke up at 3am to him shouting aggressively and smashing his hotel room up so i immediately called down to reception saying that i was very scared and could they please come up. They did manage to sort it out around 2 hours later but no one came to see if i was ok and being a 25 year old girl on my own, i was pretty terrified! They then proceeded to clean the room up at 5am so yet again i couldn't sleep and then when i checked out the reception staff didnt apologise or give me any money off despite my terrible night's stay. The breakfast was poor also, eggs, some tired looking bacon and some fried rice. i would have at least expected some fresh fruit! this hotel is apalling!
