Couples United States of America, February 10, 2013	Lovely boutique hotel outside of the madness room was comfortable, service and amenities readily availabe 8.3 stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend and were the only guests at the time. we found the staff to always be attentive and looked out for our best interest. an example, they told us that a taxi back to the hotel should not cost more than $5 usd, this is before we even asked. while in town, all taxis started at least at $8 and would eventually settle for $5 staff always tried to meet our needs for and the food service was never in want. i found the food items on the menu to be mediocre but the free breakfast was pretty good.

Couples Malaysia, January 26, 2013	Beautiful "Spain Type" Villas Perfect location 10 We travelled to Bali as a couple and stayed in this wonderful villa for two nights."Jimbaran" is the name of villa we have stayed and enjoyed the view of the surrounding with a pool just opposite our room. The room was perfect..spacious with Balinese interior. The only drawback is the room is without a full length mirror. The staffs are great, especially Wayan Dita is a very pleasant and friendly man who drove us to airport and Ubud town whenever we requested. Free shuttle to Ubud town is also provided at designated time. Villa staffs are always smiling and ready to serve us at anytime.

Very nice and well looked after grounds. Staff is super friendly and helps with everything. Rooms are specious and clean. Pool is quiet big and very clean! Food is beautiful, a little more expensive than if you would eat in the centre. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Worth doing the downhill cycling tour through villages and rice fields. Learned a lot about Bali, ubud, the couture.

Couples Australia, December 17, 2012	Birthday Holiday Customer service and friedliness of staff 8.3 It was my birthday on 12/12/12 so we decided to go back to Bali for the 4th time because it is close to Perth in Western Australia and I only could get away for 1 week. We stayed at Villa Ubud because we wanted quietness (not the madness of Kuta). We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Even the manager spoke with us and personally assisted us. Everyone including the gardeners were always smiling and always said hello to us. I am lactose intolerant. I emailed the hotel that this was the case and they has soya milk for me every day at no extra cost. On the day of my birthday, we arrived back to find the staff had made a lovely birthday cake for me and decorated the floor with flowers in the shape of a heart. My husband wanted some ink stamps so the manager organised and collected these from the town. This is very good service. Breakfast in the morning in superb and all other meals are very well priced. There are only 10 rooms in the complex. the grounds are very scenic and surrounded by fields and trees. There is a free shuttle service to and from the town (which is about 20 minutes away) 4 times a day. Otherwise its only 50,000 RP each way in a taxi. The rooms were all a/c and very clean. We were worried that we would not have enough to do staying in Ubud for 1 week but we were kept well occupied. The hotel can help you book tours too. We did the bike tour. It was great fun and a superb day. The free Wi-Fi is nice but you have to be sitting close to the lounge area to get a strong enough signal. We felt safe all the time we were staying at Villa Ubud. There was a fellow looking after the complex on duty throughout the night. We felt very special when staying at Villa Ubud. We spoke and laughed with the staff and felt that the customer service and genuine friendliness here was better than anywhere else we have stayed. Hotel Feature Tip: The hotel staff are always happy to give you local knowledge and information and help.
Paulo G. Solo travelers Brazil, December 06, 2012	Quiet and relaxing place Excellent service 9.7 The hotel has only 10 rooms, so the staff know you by the name and how to serve you better. The restaurant got English/Spanish menu and the food is great! I recommend to use the free transfer to central Ubud and visit some museums, markets and temples. Enjoy the spa too (it's small with very good quality). Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Rafting and elephant ride at Elephant Safari Park.

We are very easy to get the direction. The environment is good and natural. We like the staff there. They explained thing very clear and very helpful.

It's located about 15 mins from Ubud center, so it was nice to be out in the country. There are huge rice fields literally in the villa's back yard. We spent an entire morning getting lost in the rice fields - so much fun. Outdoor spa & jacuzzi. We will gladly stay there again the next time we are in Bali.
