Great location but small rooms

The hotel is very simple, very traditional, and the staff were friendly. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool although the pool is small. The hotel manager Roy was very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely crappy! Don't go there!

I felt really cheated by this hotel. First of all I had paid for 4 adults but started out with a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Complaining about it, I finally got a room for 2 adults with 2 really lousy massage beds that could definitely not go for extra hotel beds - and besides I had paid for a 3-bed room with an extra bed. I had to make my own bed as the sheets were just handed to us to sort out for ourselves. After a lot of arguing I finally got a bit of money back. But not all I had paid extra for the 2 massage beds that were so lousy that we ended up sleeping 4 people in 1 king zise bed. The reception lady was really rude and told me I would get my money back because money was not the most important thing in the world to her - implying that I was really greedy because I simply wanted what I had paid for. Look out if you are more than 2 persons - because they have no rooms for 3 persons and the massage beds they use as extra beds are really not fit for sleeping - even for kids. They are very narrow and high and completely unfit for a night's sleep. Needless to say I'll never return to this place. EVER! The beach was really crappy too compared to many other nice places in Bali, and there is not much to do on the peninsula. Heavily overpriced place! The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the pool area looks really cosy. I have to ad that there was no roof in the toilet which was placed inside the room, so that one could hear and smell everything which was done in the toilet. And the bathroom was in connection with the bedroom so one of my sons literally slept next to the bathtub! It is not possible, even for children, to be full with the breakfast they serve. Most other places the breakfast is much better and you get much more.
Travel tip:
There is not much to do in the area except for water sports.

we stay at vila 1, the room is big. with full facility but, fridge (not been clean,smelly, many water inside), aircon (problem with the remote, you have to stand at table to switch it on. the room not clean properly many dust arround. swimming pool is nice just in frond of our room, but the pool very dirty. from outside is look clean. the plus poin, very freindly people arround. if they can maintenance the place well will be very nice.

the staffs were very helpfull esp. miss memey, the place is quite and calm, several old mark on bedsheet and wall (both interior and exterior) the food was so soo... since we didn't spend much money for booking this hotel. we got what we paid for, absolutely will recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
lot of food stalls and restaurants near the hotel, 10 minutes walk to watersport place

Only hotel in this area serving halal food and as Muslim we are so happy with this kind of service. Lovely garden and so peaceful, the pool is small but it is so peaceful and lovely sitting in their garden. The staff are very friendly and they are always smiling. The only complain is that the rooms are small and a bit musty. Overall we are so happy and we enjoyed our holiday in Bali.
Restaurant Tip:
As Muslim travellers in Bali, food is a bit of hassle cos most eating places in Bali served non-halal food especially pork. To be on the safe side eat at Nasi Padang Restaurant and the shopping mall because most of the food outlet served halal food.
