This hotel was better than most that were within the same price range.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The security guard tends to ask you for 'freebies' like food (lunch or dinner) and money(foreign currency, on the pretext of wanting it for his collection). Beware of the free transfer to Jimbaran for seafood dinner that the hotel staff recommends - the dinner is costly (about 2x what you will pay if you go yourself) due to huge commission being paid to the driver and also to the hotel staff (I suspect). I paid IDR520,000 for 2 person for 1 small crab, 2 king prawns and 1 small fish + 2 fruit juice.
- Travel tip : Ask around first if you want to rent a car or motorbike. Never ask the hotel staff or a taxi driver to recommend a place as prices would be higher(eg, IDR70,000 per day for motorbike). I rented my motorbike for IDR30,000 per day(less than 6 months old with about 4,000kms on the odometer) from a shop within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. After many trips to Bali, the motorbike is the fastest and most convenient way of transport, unless you want to go up north/further for sightseeing, in which case it's safer to rent a car (with[about IDR450,000/day] or without driver[about IDR200,000-250,000/day])
