We stay at the Balisani Padma hotel regularly and on this occasion they upgraded us. The lighting in the standard rooms is still insufficient to read by, in my opinion, but was much better in the villa they upgraded us to. Staff are quite friendly and the breakfast is adequate - indonesian options as well as eggs & toast.
All in all, decent value for money but don't expect luxury!

Clean, not smelly room & bathroom.
Have a good swimming pool in front of restaurant. I enjoyed my breakfast time there.
Good location. Near to Legian Beach, Seminyak-Petitenget Beach & Kuta Beach.
Easy to find transportation to go the hotel such as taxi, rent car, motorbike & bike.
Easy to find restaurant around.
Many Bali Souvenir Shop & Surf shop around.
Shopping Tip : Looking around some shop first before decided to buy
Bargain if you want to buy at that shop

Tradition Bali style room, very lovely garden and pool, the stuff is so nice, and with a very attractive price! The room is in a state of disrepair, bathtub is terrible, I was so afraid to use the bedsheet because it feels not dry....
I stay just one night and really can not sleep well because the terrible sanitary condition. The facilities of rooms has grown shabby with age, ex. the shabby curtain of bed...
but the garden view is so beautiful, and the stuff is so nice...
I believe this hotel must be popular if it has well repair and renovate~!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : suitable for low budget trip.
