Julie W. Couples Australia, April 17, 2013	Budget/average rooms, breakfast and facilities Location, clean pools, neat gardens. 5.3 We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It was great the first time, but has gone downhill since 2011. Breakfast has changed from a big buffet selection, to a limited selection of very average food. The room smelt quite musty and needed painting badly, the mattress and bed linen was stained and well used and each day we had to ring housekeeping to get bottled water, soap, toilet rolls and sometimes fresh towels. The mini bar was empty and there was no security deposit box available in either the room or at the front desk. The staff were lovely, but seemed to have lost interest in trying to please their clientele.
