Nice hotel near the beach

The hotel is quite nice, the location is only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The room is small but nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool located on the roof top near the bar is our favourite spot to watch sunset .the breakfast is very good interms of taste and presentation. The hotel needs to provide clothes line in the bathroom for the guests to hang their wet swim suit.

Good hotel with excellent food but small rooms

The hotel is well located, and the vegetarian choices of food, though limited, was excellent. There was an issue with the airconditioner in the room that was alloteed to me, but the staff were helpful and changed my room when I complained. The room is small but comfortable.
The only drawback, especially if you are staying with children, is that the rooms seem to be designed as if all guests are honeymooners. Not sure why the bathrooms are designed without any lock. Overall, a very satisfying stay. The staff are very freindly and helpful.

I love to stay at best western bcoz is very convinient location, near from the beach, nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice view from rooftop, everything was so perfect and the price is good
Restaurant Tip:
More space for restaurant, its lil bit hot when full breakfast time

Great hotel - everything you need

this was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. this time we stayed on the 4th floor (the floor below the pool and poolside bar) and didn't enjoy all the chair noise from above during the night. apart from that, everything was great. they give you complimentary water everyday and your things are safe. pretty good breakfast to keep you fuelled through to dinner!

centrally located,close to airport ,close to beach and shopping,the staff are great they even prepare our breakfast to go since our flight was too early,the rooms are clean and very efficient,and the rooftop bar and pool are awesome,superv service for the great price and location

You can customize your sight seeing plan according to your liking and your time,do not hesitate to talk to the reception and tell them what you want ,you can create your iterinary.

Lovely Hotel But Small Room

Best Western Kuta Beach Quiet Nice Hotel. The condition of the hotel is also very nice. Nearest with all the shop lot. at the back of the hotel already got "Circle K" and can buy things easier. The service of the reception is NOT so good. The location of the hotel is still can be accepted (need to walk around 10 minutes to reach shopping center and Mc Donald and KFC). But it is still near to Kuta Beach (need to walk 3 minutes). The swimming pool is at the roof of the hotel and when night is quiet beautiful for view and have a hug wind. The feeling was very nice.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Stayed here 3 nights for vacation last week. New and clean hotel, friendly staff and very convenient location, only 5-min walk to kuta beach and beach road. Free wifi in the room and the breakfast is good.
