I was on a business trip. Arrived and they upgraded my room as they were out of the promotion room. I ended getting a suite. Lovely place as the shower is outdoor with a small pool, all at your own privacy. Quite a waste as I only needed a place to sleep.

The stay was very pleasant, staff, pool rooms and so on.
Outdoor bathroom amazing.
Only issue: it is a bit far from the main attraction, so I would not choose it for a longer stay or once-in-a-life holiday.
Price is great for this standard.

this was my first visit to bali. i was very impressed by the staff, accommodations, and restaurant at the best western kuta villas. although this is a popular tourist destination, i just stopped over in bali as a transit traveler to central java. the only glitch in my experience was a long wait at the airport for the complimentary shuttle service. the staff was apologetic. otherwise, my experience was great!
Restaurant Tip:
good international and local cuisine restaurant options available in the area. the hotel restaurant was also a nice convenient option for good and economically priced food.
