Friendly staff, although we weren't offered any assistance with our heavy luggage on arrival. Breakfast buffet dishes varied every day but looked like leftovers from the night before; 70% of the trays were nearly empty. Nice deep pool but lacking in maintenance as the border felt slimy.
Very large bedrooms, comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Flat screen Tv with international channels. Complimentary water every day.
Upon checkout I was charged for making a collect call and took a lengthy 20-minute discussion about the principle of collect calls with the assistant manager to have him waive the fees.
All in all a bumpy but pleasant stay.

it was an okay hotel to stay
the swimming pool, the room is clean, it's located at a very convenient location

it wasn't that pleasant nor it was very bad. I would say it was an average satisfaction.
the aircond wasn't cool enough and we requested to change our room to another room and the receptionist said that she will get the technician to look at it instead of just changing our room to a new one, so we just go along with the idea because we do not want to create a scene. later the next morning when we wanna go out for breakfast, we found out that we cant shut our room door properly, that means it is accessible by anyone. it is either broken and not being fixed. lucky for us we stayed there for just 1 night. besides than that, the breakfast menu was good, the pool was awesome. they even have a 3meters deep pool... which I considered it as rare.
