I would say that Best Western Resort Kuta is one hotel that offers good value for money. It offers nice and big hotel rooms at affordable rates relative to hotels in the area. Even if it is not located in the beach area and commercial area of Kuta, one can avail of the shuttle shuttle service offered by the hotel or take a walk (abt 10 to 15 minutes) going to those places. I also appreciate that the staff are helpful and nice.

This Hotel is quite comfortable and clean.
The swimming pool is big too. The location of this hotel is at central of Kuta. quite far from kuta beach. but they do provide shuttle bus to Discovery Mall.

overall excellant experience and i would recommend for a short stay. driver facilities a must if you want to see more of the island, madi is honest trustworthy and good company. if your used to right first time, not the hotel for you but if you have patience and appreciate the culture most definitely a good place to stay. first day bathroom not cleaned on arrival

my opinion is this is the worst hotel i ever stay. Service is really bad and impolite front desk. Room is Big but dirty and old, all from the old furniture, towel full of dirty spot, linen is dirty like never change before. Location really far away from central kuta, that's why they use a shuttle small car for going to kuta even not enough for guest in the morning if they go to kuta at the same time, really far away to the beach. Try review another new hotel that have really reasonable price and better location. Not recommended.

nothing interesting around hotel only just 1 circle K infront, left and right is dark no other store or hotel.
