Good location, small and clean room

this is a typical best western hotel. it is within my budget and location is okay. i had the standard twin room on the third floor with no view (window was hard to open). the room was clean and adequate. there was lcd tv, coffee/tea maker set, some toiletries (but no liquid soap). the bathroom contained a shower box, but quite clean. air-con was not cold although i had set it to lowest temperature. there was free breakfast but i did not try it out, prefer to eat at local place. check-in and check-out was not that long and i liked the swimming pool. i would not say this place is easy walking distance to kuta beach but it is manageable but there are taxis or motorcycle ojek available with reasonable price. i will definitely stay here again next time if price is within my budget.
Restaurant Tip:
Nasi pedas at Ibu Andhika in Joger is the best, Also love the Kudeta restaurant but very pricey

Nice location, 5 minutes from airport

This hotel is convenient enough, you may access only 5 minutes from the airport, especially if you arrive after 10pm, it's better for you to stay in this hotel, easy to find. beside the breakfast is also very good one

Great location but bedsheets slightly dirty

The location was great. Close to the beach and in the middle of everywhere else. There are a bunch of private cars with drivers in front for renting for the day. You need to negotiate the price with them.
Breakfast was good. Room was proper with all the basic necessities. One fault was that the white bedsheets had some black/ dark stains on them, probably left by cigarette butts. Also, air-con takes some time to cool the room as there is no central air-conditioning. Otherwise, a very good value-for-money hotel (free breakfast is included!).
Nightlife Tip:
Don't go out walking alone at night. The streets outside the hotel are full of motorcycles and it's really dark at night with few or no street lamps. Better to take a taxi for around 20,000 IDR to go to Kartika Plaza where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Also, you can try sharing a taxi with other hotel guests.

Location is great with a convenient store just across the street and bubba gump within 10 mins walk. However there's some construction along the road that goes on through the night. Was abit noisy. Other than that, it was all excellent

overall, i was quite satisfied with my stay in best western kuta. it exceeded my expectations. the bathtub was the only issue we faced. major water leakage due to the shower had cause the floor of the bathroom to be constantly wet. the temperature of the shower had two extreme, freezing cold or burning hot. the aircond was not powerful enough to cool the room. however, i enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would not mind to revisit this place again.

The room is clean. The breakfast is nothing special. There is not gym facility. However since the hotel has the affordable rate so if you want to spend most of your time outside this hotel is still recommendable.

hotel was nice, a little bit far out from all the action, which wasnt too bad except at night time walking down these poorly lit alleys with no other tourists around. apart from this, its a nice place with pleasant staff
Shopping Tip:
i have been to bali many times and always on the first few days we end up paying far too much for everything!!give it a few days while you get to know the prices & what you should be paying

this hotel is nice, my second time returning. the pool is great with swim up bar, and all around friendly and helpful staff. restaurant food is pretty good, although small portions and over-priced. hotel location is not great, but you can walk down to kuta via some small roads in about 15 minutes, but of course taxis are cheap too. circle k convenience store located directly across the road. i would recommend this hotel, nice to go and relax in comfort.

Disappointing experience
Unclean room, bad facility and service

We were staying at this hotel for 3 nights. At the 1st night, there were lack of couple of drinks in minibar and hand towel when we are check-in at the room, and it was take us around 30mins to ask it back but finally the hotel still didn't give us the towel.
And we got the room changed at the 2nd and 3rd night as we required for a double bed. But the room was unclean because the toilet was stink and we saw a cockroach in our room. But the most important thing that we feel disturbed was the power shut down all the time, we got at lease 5-6 times within our stay.
We were totally disappointed for our stay in this world famous hotel chain, and we don't think we will stay here again in Bali.
