Warmly Stay with Great Services

Services are good however, when we arrived at the hotel, our room was not prepared. Waited for 15 mins for the extras bed to be set up. Should have prepared before the customers arrived, reduce waiting time means good services.
Overall, still a good stay with affordable room prices but would be much better if could adjust the airport transfer price lower. This is a service that most tourists took and would definatly be points added if it is at a better price.

This hotel is at kuta and it is convenient if u like to stay in a city.its not that noisy but the hotel rooms is quite small.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bali is famous in sun and beaches and lots of local painting and arts.

This hotel has really large rooms, very good staff and service with a big smile. Really worth paying for. You can get really nice deal from agoda if booking early.
Breakfast is awesome and the food in a restaurant.
The pool is big, but someday it was really dirty. Poolside bar is awesome too.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Checked-in the hotel within 10min and the staff at the counter was always accommondating. Room is simply spacious with 2 doors(group floor's room) available(one facing hotel entrance-considers backdoor, 2nd one facing poolside/breakfast area). Breakfast is amazing, mixtures of continental and asian styles. Good meals before the long day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Discovery mall is just 10min walk away but need to go through some winding and dark alleys. Convenient mart is just directly oppposite the hotel.

Great Hotel And Location To Kuta

The staffs all very polite, helpful and friendly. This is the second time I stay at the same hotel and will definately booked the same hotel when I travel to Bali again. All my family members like the hotel and the service provided. Really worth it for the price you pay.
Shopping Tip:
It's a walking distance from the hotel to the central (Kuta).Got a clean massage for only RP 100,000 for 1 hour just opposite of the hotel.

the hotel location is near to the kuta area, is about 10-15 minutes walk. although the hotel location is not in the main street but its easy to get a taxi. good value for the hotel room with the breakfast.

we spend two nights here. room are in good condition . good quality bed and sheet and clean room, look new. we are not much stay in the hotel so ihave not used the swimming pool, but look nice. it is not near the beach. there are shullte bus to shopping center. if you want wifi internet connection, it is available. breakfast food is ok . overall we are happy.

nice room but bad housekeeping job, they forgot to replace my towels and other bathroom's thing on my second day so that i had to call them first when i got back to my room at night.
ambience is quite nice and tropical.
