Relax but hotel room condition can be better

It was just a one night stay after 3 nights at other hotel in Seminyak. It's quiet but the room structure is abit weird when sleeping upstairs n toilet down stairs. Very inconvenient. Definitely not a place for family with kids n senior citizen. Only good thing is the view fr room balcony was really nice.

The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of sunshine and nice big balconys overlooking the pool. We were at the end of the place up at the topfloor. this was good because we had a private balcony, most people had their balconys on the walk way.
While the staff were friendly and greeted us with quick smiles, the staff seemed suddenly unable to understand when something was needed. Take your own towel - no one knows what a towel is unless you walk all the way to the office and actually get one. The receptionist will look surprised and ask f you looked in the box.
Breakfast was served at the table and was nice and the location was near town and near the Dirty Duck which was nice.
