Spacious room with great service

We were informed that the hotel was fully booked when we arrived with tbe voucher. They spent 3 hrs to look for alternative accommodation however we decided to look for the hotel ourselves after the long wait and shift the dates for 2 nights with the hotel to the next day. Breakfast was delivered to the room at 8.30am without being asked. The pool was huge with a jacuzzi at the side and its locates at the rooftop. Laundry was really perfect and the detergent they used could still be smell after few days. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They assisted us even at night to fix the bathroom. Worth the stay and will be back again!

Great service - unfortunately room can be improved

Except for the Toilet which was not very clean throughout our stay, our experience was very good. especially the friendly and helpful staff. especially Front Office staff Eddie
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Hotel is a bit too far from the other exciting place. will stay nearer to Kuta/Seminyak next time

Hotel with very poor service

Nice quiet hotel not far from teuku umar but room service is very bad, breakfast is standard only with fried rice and bread. At my second day my bathroom not cleaned up. I must call room service to clean that bathroom.
