Not bad but not great either

Find it hard to review this hotel as it would have been really nice in its time however is pretty worn down.
Good points:
Large room with nice big balcony
Comfy Bed
Good air con
Nice gardens
Huge swimming pool
Staff friendly
Not many people staying so it felt like we had the place to ourselves
Bad points:
Room was aging and needed a really good clean - dust under the bed, stinky bathroom with mould
Linen was aging and stained
Although it was a large room there was no fridge or kettle
Staff spent a lot of time maintaining gardens and repainting statues but could of been spending some of this time detailing rooms.
It was a quiet hotel and the location was a bit out of Lovina however Lovina could be reached by a 5 minute scooter ride or 30 minute walk. Beach was a short 5 minute walk away. Breakfast wasn't included in our room rate but we ate breakfast at the restaurant twice. Pricing wasn't bad and breakfast was soso ( on the upside the pot of coffee was huge). They had quite a varied menu for lunch and dinner however we did not try either. We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it as it was quiet and in a decent location. The room was cheap so all in all decent value for money however have stayed in nicer places for the price.
