The staff were fantastic and the room was spacious

Although the hotel was still in it's finishing stages and full of workers my stay was good.
Bad points, no power plug in the bathroom, also no power plug in the kitchen, finally found one under the stove, upended tha rubish bin and put the kepplt on it to boil water.
Asked and was supplied a power extension cable. Yhis was OK for me but would have been unnaceptable for children.

Good size room with big bathroom and large screen TV with many intenational news and sports.

It is a new hotel and about less than 10 minutes taxi to Kuta and Legian. A little far from town but quiet location.
The breakfast needs some improvement.The bread and fruits should be covered up from the flies. Overall. we enjoyed the stayed.
Restaurant Tip:
Potato Head is nearby. Great food and ambience.

It was difficult to find the hotel at first as it is down a small dirt road. Most taxi drivers don't know the hotel but it is just down from Lumbung hotel. Close to shops and restaurants such as Potato head but make sure the taxi driver uses the meter otherwise you will get ripped off.
Fairly new hotel, very clean. Some parts were still being renovated but there was no problem with noise or paint smells, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have noticed some reviews people complained about having to walk up narrow staircases to get to their rooms. We stayed in a room across from the gym and was conviently located next to the elevator! Pool area is fantastic but only gets the morning/midday sun. Overall an enjoyable stay, good value for money and would stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
May be best to have a map showing where the hotel is as most taxt drivers don't know it by name.

Ive stayed here for 6 weeks and loved it. They are doing some reno's but will be finished soon. So there was a little noise at times.

Its a new hotel. And they were renovating during my stay but they tried very hard to be considerate. The renervations are nearly complete.

Stayed there for 2 nights in a studio room. Concept of the hotel is unique, but noticed the maintenance is very poor. Room doors cracked (due to poor quality wood used, doesn't withstand weather) - and some doors are only covered with masking tape - crack is pretty significant that you can peek through. Main public areas of the hotel - the glass elevator is filthy, felt like in an industrial work area instead of a hotel.
My room itself has floors that doesn't feel mopped clean, feels dusty on my feet. The bed is fine and not too shabby, just see a number of ants crawling up once in a while.
The utensils provided in the kitchen cabinet feels very dirty/hasn't been washed for a while. Hence I had to re-wash them before using.
The toilet seat has a blue streak liquid leftover from their cleaning agent (and this was since my arrival).
On my 2nd night, I came back around 2 am to find that my bathroom was inundated due to massive leak of their water reservoir tank above the bathroom. Thankfully the water has not spread to the bedroom much..
They were quick to change my room to another - but that room was not satisfactory - has a massive crack on the door that was not taped, and spider webs in the corners, and even a welcome letter for a guest supposedly checking in the day before.
I was given a Duplex suite by 3am, which I gladly accept because it was very late already. The suite is okay, but again, I found it so unmaintained that the glass windows were dirty.
If you are looking for cheap stays and don't mind all of the above kind of qualities, then by all means it is recommended, otherwise, look elsewhere. Location is great by the way.

Stayed 7 nights at this lovely hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was inclusive and well worth it. Location appears at first to be out of the way, but turns out to be perfect location if you don't like the party crowd. It's far enough away, but close enough to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants like Potato Head.
Restaurant Tip:
Walk towards Villa Lumbung and turn left. You will pass Circle K and see La Bonita Restaurant on your left. Best restaurant nearby. Very affordable with both western and balinese traditional dishes. Food was delicious and customer service was outstanding.
